This beautiful Bald Head Island vacation rental home offers a secluded island escape perfect for relaxing and catching one's breath. The welcoming front porch offers a swing and sitting chairs and once inside the home, the outside world noises fade away. Our Tern is beautifully decorated, offers a large screened porch with gas grill and sitting for six-plus people. The full-size laundry room and large washer/dryer make it a snap to return home without laundry to do. The well equipped and organized kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. The master bedroom is located on the first floor along with a master bath. In addition to the master bedroom on the first floor, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and access to a full bath is also located on the main living floor. The home offers three Roku T.V.s (master bedroom and two guest bedrooms) along with Spectrum cable and a large screen t.v. in the living room. As a bonus, your four-legged family member is also welcomed! The small fenced backyard is an excellent companion to the home's pet-friendly status. The home is located minutes away from the grocery store and shops at Maritime Way. Our Tern is a quiet, comfortable getaway cottage. Sleeps 8 (max.). 4 bedrooms (1K-1Q-1Q-2T). 3 full baths. (1) 4-passenger carts and (1) 6-passenger cart. High-speed internet. Minutes to South Beach access. Pet-Friendly. Summer season check-in/out day is Friday/Friday. 4:30 p.m. arrival/9:30 a.m. departure.

Wonderful Experience

Our stay in the home Bald Head Island was nothing short of excellent! We had everything we needed for the beach (beach chairs and umbrellas) and multiple golf carts to choose from to drive around on the island. The closed in fence for the dogs was great. The home was well placed between the Maritime Market and the Marina. Everything was comfortable and we would stay here again!

Best Vacation Ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed on the island for 4 weeks. This house was perfect for our family. The location is ideal as it is central to most everything on the island. We especially enjoyed the use of the bicycles.Would recommend replacing the trash can. Really got tired of wrestling with that thing. And, the lever for the water dispenser worked but was attached to the fridge with duct tape.

Beautiful home nestled in the forest

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful, relaxing week staying at Our Tern. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is a wonderful grill on the porch. The home was clean and well decorated. We enjoyed using the bikes and the home has 3 golf carts which is unusual. We only used two but it was nice to have an extra had we needed it. Loved that we were able to take our dog who hates going to the kennel. He had a blast.
