Please note, as the house is near the motorway and airport, some noise is to be expected. Perfect for relaxing with family or friends while staying connected to everything Christchurch has to offer!

This is a single-level house featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining, living, and bedroom area. The property is equipped with 5 bedrooms that could accommodate 11 guests.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Modern appliances, cookware, and all kitchen essentials—perfect for preparing meals.
Includes extra items like instant and plunger coffee, black and peppermint tea, drinking chocolate, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and sweet treats.

Bedrooms:
The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and a Single bed, plus a trundler bed is available - please note there is an additional cost for this trundler bed.

The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed.

The third bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed.

The fourth bedroom contains two single beds, and the fifth bedroom also features a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom.

Each bed will be freshly made and ready for your arrival, with all necessary linens thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

Wi-Fi:
Fast, reliable Wi-Fi for work or entertainment.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and includes the following amenities:
- A shower and bathtub combined
- A heated towel rail
- A vanity with a mirror

In the ensuite bathroom you will find a bidet toilet, shower and vanity. For your convenience, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, along with fresh towels for your use.

Heating/Cooling.
There is an air-conditioning unit. This will heat or cool the house depending on your requirements.

Laundry:
There is a washing machine and dryer located in the laundry. Laundry powder is provided.

Entertainment:
The property features a pool table and a dartboard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying friendly games during your stay.

Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a relaxing night in, this home offers everything needed for a memorable stay.

As guests you will have access to the entire property.

The property does not include access to the garage. Parking is available exclusively in the driveway. The Sauna does not work and is not a working amenity.

This property is not for Events, Parties or Functions. There will be no tolerance for parties and if found in breach you may have your booking cancelled and no refund given.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

We are unable to facilitate early check ins our late check outs.

Please note that there area two external cameras - One overlooking the electronic gate and one by the front door to ensure guest safety and adherence to house rules.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
