Welcome to Club Red! Located in the beloved East Rocks community and just 0.2 miles from Sanibel's famous shell-strewn beaches and breathtaking sunsets. Newly built and boasting 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, every member of the family (8 people maximum occupancy) will have a plenty of space to relax in privacy.

As you enter, you will be greeted by an open floor plan perfect for entertaining or everyday living. Enjoy preparing meals in the stunning kitchen with quartz counters, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and an expansive island counter. A comfortable living room with a large smart TV (no cable) and large dining table complete the living area, perfect for family time or entertaining guests. Just off the living space is a large screened in lanai with a dining area on the upper deck and a private, heated pool on the ground level that is perfect for lounging beside or floating in, pick your favorite or do both! From the lanai and pool area you can enjoy gorgeous lake views and glimpses of Sanibel's local wildlife.

The primary suite is off to one side of the home with a spacious en-suite bathroom and views of the pool and lake. Four guest bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are just off the dining area. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, large pantry area, garage space for the car and storage of beach equipment including wagon, chairs and umbrellas make this the perfect rental you love to call your home away from home!
