Wonderful Spring Break

This was our first time back to Sanibel since the hurricanes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was the easiest host to work with. Definitely plan to go back.

Definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful accommodations! The private beach was loaded with shells and a short walk. Mike the owner was available with a few very minor questions and made sure our stay was great! Would highly recommend and hope to be back someday!

Christmas Holiday on Sanibel

This home was perfect for our family of five adults over the Christmas holiday. The house is even better than shown in the pictures! The spacious layout was perfect for us and we had a great time with the ping pong table on the lanai. The beach is just short walk from the house and there are ample beach supplies that we made use of. Mike was very responsive during our stay when we had a couple of questions. And, if there is still any doubt the fact that we have already reserved the house for the Christmas holiday next year should eliminate that!

Wonderful Property Despite Hurricane Helene

My family all gathered here for a week's stay for my grandmother's 80th birthday. When we first arrived, we were all so incredibly impressed with the property. It had been newly renovated following Hurricane Ian, and everything was immaculate. Best of all, my family does a *ton* of cooking when we get together, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with all sorts of equipment - virtually anything that you could think to need from a blender to a meat thermometer, mixing bowls, etc. The home is really luxurious. Mike obviously spent time making sure that it's beautiful, functional, and extremely comfortable. The mattresses, blankets, and sheets were all so comfortable. Can't recommend highly enough! The beach is a short/easy walk, but the parking spot helped for my ~75-80yr old relatives. Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene hit. Mike had originally reached out to us to see if we wanted to go stay in a hotel, but we hadn't had any evacuation warnings so we stayed. Unfortunately, storm surge was much higher than expected, and it ended up flooding the house by 6-8 inches during our stay. Mike was in constant communication with us, and while he couldn't do anything physically to help during the storm (obviously), he was amazing in getting us set up in an awesome hotel the next day for the remainder of our trip. I cannot recommend Mike as a host more highly. He was just fantastic to deal with in an unexpectedly challenging situation, and we've already booked to go back next year!

Exceeded expectations!

Loved everything about the house and all of the extra amenities such as beach towels, bikes, umbrellas. Home has been completely remodeled and refurnished since Ian. Owner is super helpful and responsive and has thought of everything! We had the beach to ourselves and can't wait to return!

We wish our actual house was this nice!

The place was immaculately clean-that alone is worth the 5 stars! The king-sized beds were the only ones slept in by our family, and both were super-comfy. The house was very roomy yet comfy and cozy at the same time, and the large screened-in porch was a nice area to enjoy the breeze out of the direct sun (and the ping pong table was a hit with the kids!). The 5-minute walk to the beach from the house was super-convenient, and it was nice to have bikes and beach towels supplied. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay here!

We had a great time. Property is large and comfortable, very clean, it has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation and it is very close (5 min walk) to the beach.

Understated Beach Paradise

This place is the best VRBO I've stayed in. It was so much better than the description. A beautiful easy walk to beach, or private parking beachside. Everything we needed was provided and the only bad part was leaving. We even had a welcome basket in our arrival. Owner checked in and was immediately available for any questions. Layout of house provided ample room to gather or maintain privacy and that decor was comfortable and modern. I will absolutely be booking the place again in the future.

Private Beach was amazing!

House was clean and large enough for six ladies to celebrate a 50th birthday comfortably. We loved Sanibel and Mike the owner was very responsive and hospitable.

Family trip

Great Vacation Stay and Pet Friendly

We absolutely loved this place. It had everything and more we need for our stay which made it a relaxing stay. So much to do and the fruit trees were an added bonus. See so many people with their pets in the neighbor was comforting as well. We can't wait to stay again and have told many of our friends about it.

Everything we needed!

Birthday party with friends

Had everything we needed, we hauled stuff we didn’t need. Quiet relaxing neighborhood never heard one siren. So peaceful plenty of room. Beautiful screened porch for card gsmes and ping pong games

Wonderful beach retreat home on Sanibel!

We stayed at this lovely beach house from Dec. 30th-Jan.2nd. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable beds, quality linens and towels, well-stocked kitchen cookware, nice screened patio are with large dining table and ping-pong table. Lots of bikes and beach toys. Short walking distance to the beach (about 10 minutes) beautiful beach area with no crowds since there is no public beach access nearby. The owner was very prompt to reply to any questions we had when we texted or called. We enjoyed our stay there and we are planning to return next year! I would highly recommend this gem of a beach retreat home for a vacation!

Located 400 yards from our private beach, with magnificent shelling, this is one of the few single family homes on Sanibel that is licensed to lease for periods of less than 30 days.

No traffic lights, miles and miles of bike paths. Great shelling on our private beach. We supply bikes for free, along with beach chairs, blankets, coolers, beach toys for the kids.
Casual restaurants with fantastic food. Year round sunshine.
