The master bedroom, located upstairs, features a queen-size bed, a private ensuite, and ocean views, offering a tranquil retreat. The other two bedrooms are ideal for families, with one containing two single beds and the other a comfortable queen bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, complete with a bathtub, and are connected to the second lounge area. This spacious lounge has a TV and fridge, ideal for entertaining by the pool (not heated), with sliding doors leading to the outdoor space. The fully fenced pool and spa, surrounded by a grassy area, offers a safe and fun play space for children.

Upstairs, you'll find a boho coastal-chic setting, where the views of the ocean greet you as you enter. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine, is perfect for cooking in while enjoying the stunning vistas. If you're not in the mood to cook, there are plenty of fantastic dining options just 5 minutes away, with supermarkets, shops, and cafes nearby.

The house offers unlimited Wi-Fi, smart TVs, three heat pumps, a single garage with off-street parking, and a full laundry for your convenience. For your convenience bikes are available at the property for your use.

- The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age
- Strictly no parties or gatherings
- No pets allowed
- Maximum of 6 guests, including infants
- There are security cameras operating, these are external by the front entrance and the side door on the garage.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
