Guest Access:

Guests may access all areas of the property except the bottom floor which is Urban Getaway Apartment. Entry is through the back door near the undercover car parking provided



The Neighborhood:

Urban Getaway Ipswich puts you right in the heart of everything this historic Queensland city has to offer. You're just minutes from Ipswich CBD, with its cafes, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, plus major shopping centres offering retail, cinemas, and dining.

Motorsport fans will love being close to Willowbank Raceway and Queensland Raceway, both popular venues for racing events throughout the year. History buffs can explore the Workshops Rail Museum, one of Ipswich's most iconic landmarks, while art lovers can visit the Ipswich Art Gallery for its rotating regional exhibitions.

For green space and family outings, Queens Park and its Nature Centre are close by, and the Ipswich Showgrounds regularly host events, expos, and festivals throughout the year. CHECK-OUT INFORMATION

Check-out is at 10:00am on your departure day. Late check-out requests cannot be accommodated within 24 hours of your scheduled check-out. If the property hasn't been vacated by 10:30am, a fee of $40 per 15 minutes will apply, as our cleaners arrive at 10:00am to prepare the home for the next guests.

Before you go, please:



Place all used towels on the bathroom floor

Put food scraps in the kitchen bin and take the garbage bag out — general waste goes in the red bin, recycling in the yellow bin

If checking out on a Sunday, please place the bins on the sidewalk by the metal plate to the left of the driveway (much appreciated!)

Return both keys to the lockbox on the side of the shed, following the check-in instructions

Close the driveway gate behind you and send us a quick message to confirm you've locked up and departed



SECURITY DEPOSIT

A credit card hold of $250 applies to most bookings. Whether this hold is collected, and how it's processed, depends on the platform you book through.
