Multiple in and outdoor living areas as well as a games rooms with TV and ping pong table will ensure space for rest, relaxation and getting together with family & friends.

4 spacious bedrooms provide accommodation for up to 8 guests, main bathroom with huge tub, master bedroom with ensuite.

There is a fully fenced level grassed backyard, plenty of parking, secure and homely neighbourhood all within walking distance to the beach.

Caves Beach is a coastal suburb on the Swansea peninsula between Lake Macquarie and the Pacific Ocean in New South Wales, roughly 30 km south of Newcastle. It’s named after its iconic sea caves at the southern end of the beach, which are popular to explore at low tide and help make the area a standout coastal destination. The beach itself is patrolled in warmer months and is great for swimming and surfing.



The suburb offers a relaxed, beachside lifestyle with a friendly community feel, attracting families, retirees, and nature lovers alike. There’s a small local village with cafés, restaurants, shops, and a surf life‑saving club that forms the social heart of the area, and plenty of parks and picnic spots for outdoor enjoyment.

Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $500, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your details will not be shared or retained.
