Parking passes are $40 for the first vehicle and $15 for any additional vehicle- Discounted Construction Rates! From October 2025 through March 2026, the property will be conducting exterior walkway and stairwell repairs. Guests may encounter workers, noise, construction dust & detours. All amenities, including pools, hot tub, and beachfront access, will remain open. Access to the condo will be maintained, though routes may vary at times.
