You’re never far from the pristine shores of Panama City Beach when staying at Bethy’s Beachy Beauty. This 3-bedroom condo located on the 3rd floor of Regency Towers features a private balcony with views down the coast, plus outdoor furnishings so you can eat, drink, and relax all with the ocean in sight. Truly you are just steps to the sand, but on your way there, you’ll pass by exclusive amenities including saltwater pool, indoor hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness center, and onsite bar and grille serving delicious food and fresh drinks right on the beach.

Between afternoons soaking up the Florida sunshine and evenings out on the town, Bethy’s Beachy Beauty is a calm retreat for your relaxation. Coastal-inspired decor fills the open-concept living area with cozy couches, smart tv, and dining table with seating for 6. The modern kitchen will delight the cook of your group with stainless steel appliances, beautiful counter space, and barstool seating which turns the kitchen into the social center of the home.

This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living area.

- Bedroom #1 has full size bunk beds and a smart tv.
- Bedroom #2 has 2 full size beds and a smart tv.
- Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with king size bed, smart tv, ocean views, and direct access onto the home’s balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home shares an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Visitors will need to purchase a resort package from the lobby, which includes a parking pass and wristbands, for a flat fee of $40 per reservation, regardless of the number of guests.
- A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started!
- The property is re-doing the stairwells of floors 1-4 on the East and West ends in the corners of the building. Estimated time of completion is end of April.

Each renter will be issued TWO parking passes maximum for one or two bedroom units and 3 & 4 bedroom units receiving 3 maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy, then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo. All additional vehicles will be charged $40 per vehicle, Credit/Debit Card only, No Cash, and will receive an OVERFLOW parking pass and will be required to park in the overflow lot directly across from the complex. Parking passes must be hung on the rearview mirror and must be clearly visible at all times.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. You must be 25 yrs old to rent out the property. Any breaking of the age requirement will result in immediate cancellation of their reservation and a fine up to $1000
