Inmaculado condominio frente al mar con vistas panorámicas del océano Atlántico

Recientemente cumplimos nuestro sueño de tener una propiedad frente al mar en el Océano Atlántico y esperamos compartirla con ustedes. Estamos ubicados en Garden City Beach, que se encuentra en Murrells Inlet, Carolina del Sur. Está ubicado entre dos muelles de pesca en lo que se conoce como Grand Strand: más de 60 millas de playa ininterrumpida en Carolina del Sur. Apreciará la vista al mar de 180 grados desde su terraza privada frente al mar, sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Disfrute de su café matutino mientras observa el amanecer y disfrute de una bebida vespertina mientras observa el atardecer, todo esto sin abandonar la privacidad de su propio condominio de alquiler.

Cuando te aventuras afuera, estás a solo unos pasos del océano a través de una entrada privada a la playa. Disfrute de paseos diarios para recoger conchas, chatear con pescadores esperanzados o simplemente disfrutar del calor del océano de Carolina del Sur, que oscila entre 80 y 83 grados Fahrenheit en el verano.

Este condominio de dos dormitorios, 2 baños y cuarto piso cuenta con ascensor, ducha al aire libre y piscina privada. Esta unidad con aire acondicionado incluye Wi-Fi, cable para sus tres televisores (2 televisores inteligentes) y un reproductor Blue Ray para su placer visual.

Una cocina recién remodelada incluye electrodomésticos nuevos, una máquina de hielo, lavaplatos, cafetera, microondas, encimeras de mármol y pisos cerámicos. Disfrute de una conversación abierta desde los asientos del bar mientras cocina o tiene una comida familiar en el comedor / sala de estar adjunto.

La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama doble y sofá de dos plazas, Smart TV y un reproductor Blue Ray. Una puerta corredera se abre a la terraza frente al mar.

Puedes escuchar las olas del océano desde la suite del dormitorio principal que se abre a la cubierta principal. El baño principal privado tiene un amplio vestidor, tocador doble y una ducha de efecto lluvia con azulejos.

La habitación de invitados actualmente tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden deslizar fácilmente juntas para un rey si lo prefiere. Un gran baño de invitados de temática náutica está al otro lado del pasillo e incluye una lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia. Ropa de cama y toallas de baño están incluidas en el alquiler.

Property was very clean. Great communication from host. We loved just sitting on the deck watching the waves roll in. Location is close to everything so there was always many things to do. Property was quiet and beach was pristine. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation

Everything was wonderful. From the balcony , I could watch my girls in the pool as well as on the beach . This condo not only met my vacation needs , but exceeded them.

Great stay

We liked the location of the unit--right on the beach and away from the boardwalk. It was well stocked with all of the beach items, linens, and kitchen items we needed. Pool is a little small and off to the side, but worked fine since our kids were the only ones in it.

Home away from home

A wonderful condo with every type of furnishing you could ever need. Spacious and very comfortable furniture, beach supplies, and fully stocked kitchen. The balcony has a wonderful view, the location is fabulous and communication with the owner is always timely. I would definitely stay again.

Needed vacation

The condo was better than anticipated, lots of improvements and well furnished. Kitchen was very well equipped and more beach toys and supplies then you would ever need. Very nice full time residential neighbors!

Girls Getaway

It’s an annual trip to the beach and we’ve found the perfect place to stay!!! The accommodations are just like the pictures of the property. The owner has gone above and beyond by providing a fully equipped kitchen, items needed for the beach, games and books for entertainment and a phone call when we arrived to make sure all was well. I think we have found the place to visit year after year!!!

Great Condo to Enjoy A Beautiful Beach

We loved staying at this condo - parking was easy. The condo has an outdoor shower and elevator for ease. If we weren't at the beach - which is only a few steps away - we were on the wonderful balcony enjoying the sunrise with coffee in our PJ's, midday snacks, evening cocktails. The bathrooms were large and well-equipped. The condo has everything you need in the kitchen, linens, etc. The host made everything very easy. We hope to be back again next year.

Simply wonderful

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this condo! Our boys (7 and 9) loved their room and the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes and appliances we could ever need. It was also so convenient and much appreciated to have laundry in the condo, and it was so nice to have access to sand toys and family games so that we could pack a bit less for our trip. I enjoyed the balcony so much, reading and drinking coffee and people-watching. The neighbors we met were so nice, and the location is PERFECT. We miss it already!!

Good location and well stocked condo;

We had a great time at this condo. The beds were comfortable, kitchen and beach closet are well stocked with all of the essentials and more. Close to shopping essentials and restaurants and more. The beaches are pretty busy since it is close to other larger condo buildings, and we had to get out early to stake our beach claim for the day (usually by 7:00am.) We enjoyed fireworks displays evey night on the porch or beach. We went parasailing very close by and also went on an off shore fishing charter which was also close by. The pier has some great ice cream and is close enough to walk to (1 mile walk.) The parking lot has some very tight spots but it was never hard to get a spot. The elevator and luggage cart made it easy to get everything up and down when loading and unloading. There is a great wash off station when you come up from the beach. The pool and pool area is extremely small, but is nice for a quick dip. Overall it is a great, well- kept condo!

Outstanding 4th of July Week!!

Best vacation on the beach ever for the 4th of July!! This condo is perfectly located on the beach!! When the beach was packed on both sides of Garden City, this condo had lots of area to enjoy corn hole or bocci ball..the amount of fireworks displayed were astounding, and didn't even have to leave the condo!! we just relaxed and enjoyed from our balcony!! No need to bring beach equipment because you are just steps away (we didn't even use our chairs or umbrella). We walked nightly to the pier for live music, cold drinks and dancing! Oh and lots of fishing right in front of the condo!! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including flour, sugar and variety of tea bags (which we appreciated as tea drinkers). We enjoyed making homemade pizza dough and apple turnovers! We also spent the day exploring Myrtyle Beach with a helicopter ride, mini golf galore and shopping!! We also enjoyed a couple of dinner shows (Luau and Pirates show; a must)! The location of the condo is awesome as it has no traffic and easy access to Hwy 17in either direction with Walmart less than a mile away! The Conche Cafe just .20 miles from condo was great to take a break from cooking and not to mention good eats!! Best of all you can walk there!! I loved that we could walk for drinks, snacks, ice cream, or dinner right along the beach! We had an Outstanding, relaxing and memorable time!! We will be back!!

Our Second Time Here and We Enjoyed It Once Again!

Grace is a wonderful host who makes sure you have all the information needed for a pleasant stay. The condo is spacious, has all the amenities a family could want. The furniture is comfortable, the bathrooms and bedrooms are clean. If we weren't at the beach, we were enjoying the huge balcony...watching the sunrise, eating lunch, dinner or having evening cocktails. The condo is located at a great spot on Garden City Beach - a close walk to the Conch Cafe and a small convenience store. It's about a mile walk to the GC Pier area where guests will find entertainment, restaurants and small shops. There is plenty of easy parking for those who have a vehicle. There is an elevator as well as stairs since this is on the fourth floor. The condo neighbors are friendly and quiet, so it is a relaxing, peaceful stay. We hope to go there again next year to make it a third time. (This place made my mom and sister happy...and they are picky people!)

We grew up in Waterbury, Vermont and have spent the last 50+ years making annual trips to the ocean with our family. We always dreamed of owning oceanfront property of our own and now that we are retired, we have realized that dream. We are looking forward to helping other families make special memories in our new vacation home.

Our immaculate condo is located directly on the ocean with fabulous views from the fourth floor oceanfront deck. Morning, noon or night there is always something to see from your perch above the sea yet you are just steps from the water. The living quarters are well appointed as is the newly renovated kitchen. It will be your home away from home and we hope to share it with you.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This condo has only 18 units in the complex compared to hundreds located in other oceanfront buildings. Some of the owners and/or their family members have lived here for several years so they are super friendly, helpful and watchful of intruders. It is located in a wonderful area with no crime to speak of so you can kick back, relax and enjoy your vacation.
