The apartment has been stylishly and thoughtfully designed, featuring a contemporary and sophisticated aesthetic that exudes relaxation and comfort. With outstanding amenities and a prime location in a neighborhood known for its exciting new harbor-side cafes, and restaurants.

Nestled in the serene Wynyard Quarter, our quiet residential building offers an ideal retreat while keeping you close to the city`s vibrant attractions. Enjoy a peaceful stay just a short walk away from some of the best cafes and restaurants in the area.

Take a leisurely walk or hop on a scooter to explore Wynyard Quarter and Silo Park. Here, you`ll find a delightful mix of cafes, bars, a fish market, and even a basketball court and playground for children. Or hop aboard the Auckland Dockline Tram and enjoy a 1.5 km circular tour around Wynyard Quarter with a short commentary provided by the Tram Driver along the way (tickets cost $1 - $2).

In just 15 minutes, you can walk to Commercial Bay and Britomart, two of the city`s premier shopping and dining districts. These bustling areas are filled with unique shops catering to all tastes and ages, along with a myriad of dining options. Grab a quick bite at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay or savor a gourmet meal in Britomart.

For those who love the outdoors, Victoria Park’s lush greenery is nearby, and the picturesque Westhaven boardwalk is just around the corner, offering stunning waterfront views.

This prime location provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, blending the tranquility of a residential area with the excitement of city life.

The location is perfect for those who love to walk and explore. Nearby, you can enjoy scenic strolls along the waterfront, with the Viaduct Basin, Wynyard Quarter, and Westhaven Marina all just a 5-minute walk away. These areas offer stunning views and a variety of restaurants.

If you`re looking to venture further out, there are numerous bus stops nearby with routes to various destinations. The Britomart Transport Hub, a 15-minute walk away, provides access to trains and buses that can take you almost anywhere.

City Link routes are available to help you navigate the city, including popular attractions like the SkyTower, Auckland Museum, Auckland City Hospital and Domain, K Road, and Mount Eden (including Eden Park Stadium).

For getting around the city, we recommend using Uber. They are affordable and efficient, particularly for trips within the central business district.

Damage and Incidentals:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. Any such damage may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
The property reserves the right to charge for any incidentals or additional services requested by the guest.

Pet Policy:
We have a zero-pet policy. If we detect that pets have been in the home, any resulting damage or additional cleaning required may incur extra charges, which will be billed to your account.

Smoking Policy:
Please do not smoke or vape inside the home or anywhere on the property. If we detect any signs of smoking, including odors or residue, additional cleaning fees may apply, and these charges will be billed to your account.

Liability Disclaimer:
The property owner or Stay Luxe is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the guest`s stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations:
We have zero tolerance for parties. If one is reported, we must call local law enforcement immediately. Please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Security call-out fees will be applied and charged to your account.

Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are valuable, so please handle them with care. If lost, a replacement fee will be applied to your account. If you lock yourself out, you will be responsible for the cost of delivering a spare key.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3 pm.
Fire and Evacuation Procedures:
Please refer to the procedures on the front of the building manual.

We respect our guests’ privacy and will not be present at the property during your stay. However, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions via the messaging app or phone.

Truvi:
To ensure a safe and secure experience for both our guests and property owners, we partner with Truvi for a quick and seamless guest verification process. You will be asked to pay a small damage waiver via third-party provider Truvi to protect up to $500 in case of accidental damage during your stay. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in. Once this process is complete, you will receive all check-in instructions two days before arrival.
Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property. We kindly ask that you treat the space with care and do not exceed the number of guests permitted for your stay. Parties or events are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained before your booking.

It’s a wonderful home away from home while we were in Auckland. The flat is large, comfortable and well kitted out. The view of the harbour and downtown was beautiful; we spent lots of time on the terrace enjoying the scenery.
