With five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed to offer comfort and serenity, this home is a perfect sanctuary for family and friends. There is plenty of room for the family to enjoy their stay and make wonderful memories.

Sleeping up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. The top floor has the master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite , bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. The lower floor has bedroom 4 with a queen bed and bedroom 5 has 2 singe beds.

BOND- $2000 is payable 14 days prior to your arrival and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

LINEN & TOWELS will be supplied for 10 guests as per the bedding configuration below.

Lower floor: 1 Queen, 2 Single.

Extra costs you can select when booking:
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

This property has external security camera's in place, this is only for security purposes.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
