The Home Resort - Heated Pool and Tennis Court

The Home Resort is a contemporary home set on an acre, overlooking the countryside and moments away from a fabulous patrolled surf beach. Nelson Bay is a 10 minute drive, and when you're not out exploring the region or enjoying the many beaches. Take a dip in the heated pool, share a friendly game of pool or tennis, watch your favourite movie in the media room, sit with a wine in front of the fireplace or relax in the alfresco dining area and take in the delightful sunsets over surrounding farmland.

The open-plan living areas include a fully equipped kitchen with a massive butler's pantry and handy second fridge, lounge and a dining room. These living areas flow out to a covered alfresco entertaining area with a large dining setting overlooking the sizeable swimming pool and joins with the undercover back deck which houses the BBQ. Take a seat and watch the kids frolicking in the pool or take a dip yourself to cool off after a hit of tennis on the full size court. Gaze out over the tranquil views of the countryside while you enjoy a meal or listen to the children playing around the grounds. The comfortable media room and massive separate pool table room, which also has sofas, a large smart TV and seating around the pool table, provide two other delightful forms of entertainment.

Sleeping up to 9 guests in 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, WIR and ensuite with double vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 and 4 both have two long single beds which can be made into a king bed. Bedroom 5 has a single bed and a trundle bed. A sofa bed, is located in the media room. The family bathroom includes a bath to soak in after action-packed days or just to relax in with a wine.

The Home Resort has all new furnishings and elegant yet relaxed coastal styling as a nod to its close proximity to Port Stephens many beautiful harbour and ocean beaches. ducted air-con throughout, a laundry with washer & dryer.

The garage is not available for use, parking on driveway and street.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 adults and there is a sofa bed that can be utilised for children only and will be added to accommodate guests 9 & 10 ($100), total maximum guest 10

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking:
Trundle (children only) $50.00per booking which includes towels and linen hire.
Sofa Bed (children only) $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND- $2000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

SECURITY CAMERAS - For security purposes, this property is fitted with external security camera

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
