Premier, newly renovated luxury beachfront (top-floor) condo on the Gulf coast.

Enjoy the beautiful white sand and crystal clear water by day and magnificent sunset views from the balcony. Sleeps 6 comfortably (max cap). Freshly painted, new luxury flooring throughout, two new walk-in showers, granite countertops and more. However, nothing tops the views of the Gulf at all times of the day. ❤️. Lots of great restaurants nearby. All walking distance. Amenities: Fully stocked kitchen; heated private pool; cable TV; free Wi/Fi and long distance phone (U.S./Canada); elevator/carts, laundry on each floor; Reserved parking spot. Non-Smoking/No Pets. Close to Tampa airport.
The space
We decorated the unit for our family to enjoy, so it's a step-above the usual beach condo rental. Couches are plush and comfortable. Huge dining room table. New beds. 55" TV in Living Room and TVs in both bedrooms. And we love to play games so you'll find Boggle, Uno, Yahtzee, backgammon, playing cards, cribbage and dominoes. We also have a library of books you can enjoy.
Guest access
You can access the entire unit. Drawers and closets are empty (except for assorted beach toys!). Charcoal grills are available downstairs in the northern part of the property with picnic tables by the beach.

Indian Shores Condo exceeded our expectations!

We loved this condo. It was clean, well stocked, and a perfect location on the gulf. Our host, Matt, did a great job letting us know about things to do in the area and checked in with us to make sure everything was good. We would highly recommend this rental property!

Great View from the Deck

The property was clean and had a very well-equipped kitchen. The only downside is the small, slow elevator. It's a great location on the beach.

Always a Great Experience!

Matt Sullivan is an outstanding host and his condo is a beautiful place to stay overlooking the beach at Indian Shores! Quiet, comfortable, well equipped, and has a reserved covered parking space. Would highly recommend!

Great Beach & Great Location

Just returned from 4 nights at this condo on Indian Rocks Beach. The family had an awesome time hanging out at the pool, the beach, and walking to some of the nearby attractions (go to DJ's for the Lobster Roll). Condo was excellent - exactly as expected with some great unexpected amenities as well. The hosts not only provided beach towels but also chairs and beach toys for the kids. Sunsets from the outdoor balcony were unbeatable - loved taking them in every night. Really looking forward to a return trip at some point!

Great view

The Condo clean and well equipped. The views were spectacular of the ocean and only have one negative Comment. My husband does aqua therapy in the pool every day and unfortunately the pool was not available to us Monday through Thursday. We only had Friday to use it.

Great first Gulf experience

We loved the location and the owners made everything a breeze. Our first trip with clear ocean water in the U.S. and we hit the beach everyday. The privided beach chairs and noodles were so nice to have. Sunsets here are hard to beat!

Great time

I’ve stayed in other condos along Gulf Boulevard, but this one has been the best. The expectations created by the listing were met 100%. Was glad to have the beach chairs and the sun umbrellas. I hope I have another opportunity to stay here again. We had a very relaxing time.

Fabulous post-wedding beach time

We are from California and were in Tampa for a wedding. Wanted to enjoy the famous Florida beaches for a few days before heading home. This place was perfect! Beautiful beach. Great location. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfy beds. AC system quiet and easy to control. Matt was readily available and patient with our TV control challenges! If we weren't so far away, I would definitely return. Thank you Matt and Mary!

Beautiful View!!

This condo is updated and has everything you need. The bedrooms both had TV's. The furniture and decorating was all up-to-date. The sunset views from the large balcony were outstanding. I would definitely return again.

Amazing Beach Vacation with Dolphins!

Everything about our experience was great. Indian Shores is very desirable if you are looking for a place a little more calm and quiet than Clearwater Beach. The location of the property is literally right on the ocean. You can still see the waves at night. We stayed in Orange Beach and Hilton Head before, and both places required a long walk on the boardwalk before getting to the beach. This is not the case here. Matt was an exceptional host. He reached out a few days prior to our arrival with instructions for the property and all of his favorite places. He also checked in the morning after to see if we had questions, and sent an email the day before we left with check out instructions. The best part of our trip was seeing a dolphin swimming 50 yards offshore.

The owner was very helpful throughout the whole process from booking to departing. The condo was very well updated and clean. We had family staying in other condos in the building and this one was by far the nicest. There were a ton of chairs and beach toys so we didn’t have to buy anything! The views were incredibly. The beach was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Restaurants within walking distance. Overall we had a wonderful stay in this perfect beach condo.
