Corner Condo unit on 2nd Floor, with a large balcony that wraps around and gives a partial view of the Gulf Water. Condo is located on the beachside. No walking across the street, you are directly on the beach! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom - Open concept - 1,100sq ft condo is located in a very popular vacation building. The sugary soft sands of Indian Shores and large heated pool make it the perfect location. The living room has new hurricane sliding glass door that provides not only sound and weather protection but provides views of sunrises daily! There are 3 TV's with cable ,living room (55 Inch Smart TV) & Main Bedroom (43 Inch Smart TV), 2nd Bedroom (43 inch smart TV). The full-size kitchen is fully equipped & has a dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar for additional seating and a dining table. The main bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 Full Size beds. The hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower. The condo has FREE secure WiFi. Central Air/Heat.

CONDO SUPPLIES : Bed Linens, Bath towels, Dish Cloths, Beach towels, Beach Chairs & Umbrella.
Starter kit containing 2 rolls of Toilet Paper & 1 Paper Towel, 2 Dishwasher pods, dish soap.

There is a coin laundry room on each floor of the building.

The beachside condo was amazing! Three separate seating areas on the wraparound balcony, including a view of the beach, made for lots of outdoor relaxing. We appreciated the provided beach towels and chairs for our family of four and loved being right on the beach. The condo itself has a great layout with plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and dining area. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo unit was very clean with a well-equipped kitchen and most everything needed for a comfortable stay on the beach. The wraparound balcony and the view from the side window of the family room were nice. The area overall was quiet, with good restaurant options nearby. Communication with host was very clear and hospitable. We'd consider staying here again.

The balcony wraps around giving you a partial yet beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was very clean, spacious, and a great value for what you ate getting!

The condo was immaculate and so perfect. I enjoyed everything about it including the location to the beach and so close to everything. The condo was well stocked with anything I needed to cook, etc. The owners were very friendly and had fantastic communication. They provided great tips about local restaurants, shopping and the Trolley. I loved the beach chairs provided as well. I would definitely book again. I was very happy with this entire rental. I am so impressed by how clean everything was and how I felt so comfortable and relaxed. Total happiness!!

Our stay was exactly what we needed. It’s just a shame we couldn’t stay longer. The location was wonderful and well stocked with everything we needed. My only complaints would be the uncomfortable mattresses and the complexity of the remote controls for the televisions. Other than that, our stay was great and I would stay again if I need a place in the area.

We loved the place. The house had everything we needed. Sandy was very helpful. We would stay here again! We were thrilled with the pool. This place was fantastic, ocean in the back and pool in the front. Loved notHaving to drive everywhere. The temperature was refreshing.5 stars all the way

Indian shore review

This place EXCEEDED all expectations in every way! It was obvious that time and effort had been put into thinking what would be needed and/or wanted for an amazing vacation. Every room was very clean and the interior was updated. Everything you could possibly need to make meals in the kitchen was provided and in excess so you wouldn’t run out of silverware, plates, or glasses. Having a TV in every room and several USB plug ins was very helpful for my kids and all of our electronics. My personal favorite, small added touch was the wine glasses made to stick into the sand. This location was perfect for beach access and the pool was well taken care of as well. Everything needed for the beach including towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and even buckets and shovels for the kids makes it much easier for people coming with limited space to bring those items. Very responsive communication made for an easy check in process. I would 100% recommend this place to stay and I hope to return soon!

Great IRB Stay

My wife, daughter and I stayed at this awesome little gem on Indian Rocks Beach and we highly recommend it to anyone! Lots of room to stretch out inside and out. It has a huge corner balcony with lots of seating. Covered parking was a bonus! My only negative is the two full bed mattresses in the second bedroom need to be replaced or have a topper put on. My daughter didn’t sleep well in either bed. But aside of that, it’s totally a great beach stay!!

Perfect beach vacation

My friend and I traveled for a long 4 day weekend trip to the beach. Condo right on the beautiful white sand beach. We flew and only took carry on’s, the condo was stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and coolers. Plenty of food, shops within walking distance and the trolley’s are great for getting around on the strip. Loved the wraparound balcony with view of the water from the side, perfect shaded spot for coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evenings. Communication with the owners Bonnie and Sandy was great! 10/10 recommend

Perfect home for a beach vacation

Our family of 5 stayed at this condo for 4 nights and we will absolutely be renting it again. The location is perfect, with plenty of dining and fun activities in walking distance. It’s also an easy drive to Tampa for more things to do and amazing food. The condo with incredibly clean with many well-thought out details. We felt very safe in the condo as well. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay directly on the beach in beautiful Indian Shores!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The location was perfect and it was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay! There was plenty of space for our family of 4, and we were able to take full advantage of the beach and pool! Will definitely rent again the next time we visit!

Nice Condo! Area is quiet and beautiful! Great restaurants just a short drive! Favorite is Salt Rock Grille! Owners are great communicators and supply all info on restaurants etc!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time and loved the location being close to the boat ramp. This is a very nice and spacious place. I had to communicate with the owner and had responses immediately. The owner was friendly and very communicative. We had to drive 2 cars and parking is limited to one spot, so plan ahead. There are alot of restaurant options within a reasonable driving distance. I absolutely recommend staying here!
