We chose to stay in Indian shores for our beach vacation. Our condo however flooded due to a dishwasher in the condo above having a broken pipe. We were fortunate that the host had another condo 3 miles away in Indian rocks. So we had to relocate very late on the second night of our stay. We were moved to Indian Rocks. The new condo was also on the beach. The beach however was under restoration (which is why we didn't choose Indian Rocks in the first place). There was a large rusty pipe running the length of the beach as well as large construction machinery moving back and forth during the day and into the night. When the restoration project is done this will be a great beach. We were disappointed it was not what we were expecting when we contracted the week. The new condo had a toilet that ran constantly and it was very loud. We had to turn it off at night to sleep. The floor/ceilings were very thin. We could hear the people above us walking around. Again, we were happy to have a place to stay after the flood, but the inconveniences we experienced throughout the time was disappointing. It would have been nice to have been compensated for all of the inconvenience of the trip.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this condo again. It was roomy and the kitchen was well stocked. That beach in front of the condo was great!

Good property, location is good. Be aware on busy beach days, public area right there, will be very busy. Overall good condo, easy to setup and deal with. If travelling with large or long vehicle may have parking challenges

We enjoyed having the beach so close. Everything is locked with a code which made it feel safe. Restaurants, shops, etc. are a good distance away, so I recommend renting a car or a golf cart to help get around. There is a convenient parking space to use, so that is nice.

The condo was perfectly located on the beach and had a wonderful view. We missed the fact that there was not a washer and dryer in the condo, however there was one located on every floor of the building. It’s coin operated so take lots of quarters. The only negative for us was there wasn’t much storage in the closets as most were locked with owners personal belongings. We made it work and had a great time! Unit was spacious in the main living area. Kitchen was well-stocked.

Very Responsive Owners

We had a great time at this condo. The owners were very responsive when we had questions or needed to reach them about something. This unit was very well supplied. We’ve stayed at other condos thru VRBO before, and this one had all the extras that really help out a family that’s traveling, but may not think to get certain things. They had dish soap, hand soap in each bathroom, and an adequate supply of toilet paper for the family for the week. Past places we’ve stayed have only had one roll in each bathroom & no soap. The location is great. Easy to get to the unit via elevator or stairs. Great view of the beach. Many nice conveniences for guests like beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, etc. We would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future if revisiting this area. The only negative for us was that the VRBO posting lists washer & dryer under amenities, but fails to mention that these are community coin laundry machines, and not personal washer & dryer in the condo.

Heaven in Paradise

We have met once a year from all over for a girls trip and have never stayed in a place that was so well equipped and maintained. This was our 23rd year meeting and have paid more for less!We do have two suggestions. The guest roomneeds a new blind as the light from the porch comesin and another chair for the living room would be wonderful.

Great condo and location

The condo was very clean and as listed. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was nice having beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, too bad the Florida weather wasn't the greatest. Having a crib was handy, other times we have had to rent one. The owner was great to communicate with, complex was clean and nice. We never used the pool because of the temperature but it looked good. We would stay again.

Beautiful views and comfortable stay

We made a quick decision for an extended stay in Tampa after a soccer tournament for our son. The owners were great, the condo was great, the views were fabulous. Lots of clean up (heavy equipment on the beach, crews at the complex) still happening from the hurricanes. We expected it, but would have been nice to hear that from the owners. Not going to hold it against them, because we still had a great time.

Great Beach Vacation Stay

This property is great for a girls trip or small family. The property was clean and was true to the listing. The owners were very responsive prior to check in and had all of the items that you need for a beach vacation - chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. The direct access from the property to the beach was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

My family had a great time in this condo. The location was very good, and the corner view from the balcony was excellent. The beach was not too crowded and the condo complex was relatively quiet. The condo was clean and well equipped. Would stay again.

I HAVE STAYED AT OTHER ACCOMODATIONS THAT REQUIRED DRIVING TO GET TO THE BEACH AND I FELT THAT THIS UNIT IS MUCH MORE RELAXING AS YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE BEACH. THERE IS EVEN A GREAT TROLLEY THAT YOU CAN RIDE FOR $1.00 ALL DAY WHERE YOU CAN HOPE ON AND OFF AND TRAVEL BETWEEN ST. PETE BEACH AND CLEARWATER BEACH.
