This beach front condo is just a few steps from Galveston Island's beautiful beaches. Wake up to a sunrise over the Gulf Coast on the balcony before a long day at the beach. Take a dip in the heated pool while enjoying the gulf breeze. The shaded outdoor picnic areas offer dining tables and charcoal grills. Laundry facilities are also included!



Cast a line at the family friendly 61st Street Fishing Pier across the street. The pier offers rods, reels, and bait as well as a restaurant, bar and souvenir shop. We will provide one free ticket to the pier per day of your stay! Galveston's Historic Pleasure Pier is a short 5 minute drive away as well.

• Pets are not allowed. Guests will be fined if there is any evidence of pets found anywhere in this home.





• NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed at this property to include the deck and pool areas

• Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.





• Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.





• Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.





• No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
