↣ A cozy and warm living room with a comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a double if necessary. A smart TV is available and ready to connect to your personal Netflix, Prime, Crave and more...
↣ A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with new appliances and all the necessary kitchenware to prepare wonderful meals with your family of friends. You will also have a dining area with table and chairs.
↣ We provide a Keurig coffee maker and an electric drip coffee maker. While we supply a few capsules, we recommend bringing your favorite K-cups to enjoy a brew tailored to your taste!
↣ A fast wifi connection allowing you to work worry-free.
↣ A modern bathroom with a large shower, equipped with towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary soaps and shampoo.

You will have access to a free parking spot in an indoor, underground lot, located just a 4-minute walk from the residence. During your stay, you can enter and exit freely using the badge that will be provided to you.
*ROOFTOP BBQ*
Whether in winter or summer, you can enjoy the BBQs in the rooftop communal spaces between 8 AM and 10 PM during your stay.
*FREE GYM*
Located inside the building, the gym is also available every day from 8 AM to 10 PM.
*ROOFTOP POOL*
- The building has a heated rooftop pool that our guests have access to during their stay.
- The pool is closed during the colder months of the year, generally from mid-October to early June. These dates may vary a little depending on the weather of the year, ask us for more details!
- The swimming pool is reserved for residents of the building. People who are not included in your reservation are not allowed on site. There are no lifeguards on site. Please always keep an eye on your children.
