*FREE PARKING INCLUDED STARTING FEBRUARY 1, 2025*
You will have access to a free parking spot in an indoor, underground lot, located just a 4-minute walk from the residence. During your stay, you can enter and exit freely using the badge that will be provided to you.

*ROOFTOP BBQ*
Whether in winter or summer, you can enjoy the BBQs in the rooftop communal spaces between 8 AM and 10 PM during your stay.

*FREE GYM*
Located inside the building, the gym is also available every day from 8 AM to 10 PM.

*ROOFTOP POOL*
- The building has a heated rooftop pool that our guests have access to during their stay.
- The pool is closed during the colder months of the year, generally from mid-October to early June. These dates may vary a little depending on the weather of the year, ask us for more details!
- The swimming pool is reserved for residents of the building. People who are not included in your reservation are not allowed on site. There are no lifeguards on site. Please always keep an eye on your children.

*CHECK IN*
We offer a self-check-in system, and you can arrive starting at 4 PM.

If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, simply contact us 24 hours in advance. We’ll be happy to accommodate your request free of charge if the cleaning schedule allows.

*CHECK OUT*
We ask that you leave the appartment before 11 a.m. on the day of your departure to allow our cleaning team to prepare the premises for the next guests.

*PETS*
Pets are not allowed. You must notify us in advance and show us the official documentation if you have a service dog.
