The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and all essential utensils, complemented by a dining table that seats five and a countertop seating area with three stools. A private laundry room includes a washer, ironing board, and drying rack for convenience. Outside, enjoy a sparkling pool, a fire pit, and a BBQ on the patio. The driveway offers parking for two cars, with additional street parking available. A study nook is situated near the front door for guests needing a workspace.
