Welcome to this luxurious waterfront home in Minyama, perfectly positioned on the canal. A Hamptons-inspired double-storey retreat, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a beautiful backyard with a tropical pool area, all set against canal views. Park your boat or jet-ski on the pontoon and enjoy ocean access via the canals to the Mooloolah River, out to Mooloolaba beach in minutes. It’s the perfect getaway for families or friends to relax, recharge, and enjoy the very best of the Sunshine Coast.
The Space:
Step inside this stylish waterfront holiday home and head upstairs, where you’ll be greeted by a beautifully appointed open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space with high vaulted ceilings. The living area features two cosy sofas, a smart TV, a warm fireplace for winter, and an AC unit to keep things cool in summer. Beside this, the dining table seats 6 and sits alongside the kitchen. The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need, including a fridge/freezer, large gas cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, and toaster.
Sliding glass doors lead out to a generous private deck overlooking the backyard, pool area, and canal. With effortless indoor–outdoor flow, this is the perfect spot for entertaining or enjoying alfresco meals with the BBQ. Downstairs, you’ll find a second spacious living room with two sofas and a smart TV, plus an office at the front of the home. Downstairs sliding doors open to the undercover entertaining zone with outdoor lounges looking onto the sparkling pool, a grassy patch, and sun loungers. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat or jet ski and make use of the private pontoon, with deep water canal access to the Mooloolah River and direct ocean access via the river mouth. Please note, the pontoon and canal are unfenced and directly accessible from the backyard. Bedrooms 1–3 are upstairs, while Bedroom 4 is downstairs, see the configuration below.

Bathroom 2: Ideally positioned near bedrooms 2 and 3, offering a shower, bath, vanity, and separate toilet.
Bedroom 3: A chic bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe cupboard, and ceiling fan.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 4: A relaxed coastal bedroom with two single beds and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom 3 (ensuite): Servicing the downstairs area, this bathroom also has handy double access from the outdoor entertaining space, and includes a toilet, shower, and vanity.
Office: Perfect for working or studying while away, there’s a dedicated office at the front of the home.
Laundry: Located in the laundry, with a front-loading washing machine and an outdoor clothesline.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park two cars in the double garage and one on the driveway. There is also free street parking available. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat or jet ski and make use of the private pontoon, enjoy deep water canal access that connects to the Mooloolah River and continues through the river mouth to the ocean.

This home is in the perfect position within close proximity to beaches, parks, boat ramps, shops and public transport. Kawana Shopping World is a 4-minute drive or 15-minute walk. Here you will find everything you need from major shopping outlets, cinemas and an array of boutique stores for a spot of shopping. If you’re keen to explore further than our beautiful backyard, checkout some of the best spots below on the Sunshine Coast.
- Point Cartright lighthouse and scenic walk is an 7-minute drive
- Buddina Beach is a 6-minute drive
- Mooloolaba Beach, Surf club & wharf is a 10-minute drive
- Kawana shopping world and cinema is a 4-minute drive
- Maroochydore airport is a 15-minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 60-90 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 30-45 minute drive
- Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 12-minute drive

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, however the home is around an 8 minute walk (1km) to Nicklin Way where the main bus services are available and operate frequently to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).
Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note that the canal is not fenced, with direct access from the backyard.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand.
