The 2 upstairs bedrooms have air-conditioning, and the ground-floor bedroom has mobile fan.
On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall leading to a shower room with toilet, a lovely, bright, high-ceilinged living room with a pleasant sitting area, and an office/library area with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons (140x190).
Stairs lead up to the first level, where you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a lovely dining area for up to 6 people, and a small sitting area with TV.
On the second level, there's a 2nd bedroom with a double bed (140x190), an independent bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Finally, on the third and last level, there's the master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom with shower, whirlpool bath and separate toilet.
This room has air-conditioning and a panoramic view over the rooftops and monuments of Paris (Notre Dame, Sacré Coeur and the Eiffel Tower).
Please note that access to the different floors of the apartment is via stairs and requires vigilance for young children.
