My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond. Lovely decor and well appointed. This townhome had everything that we needed to feel comfortable during our weekend getaway. Will stay here again.

The Chalet Rosche was just what we needed! It was a great location to enjoy some much needed time away with friends! The chalet was adorable and well taken care of! We all felt at home ! I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay

Holiday Getaway

We had a lovely 5-day getaway over the holidays. The location was terrific with a view of the slopes and the New Year’s Eve fireworks. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had a fire in the fireplace each night. Holiday Valley shuttle was convenient to get to the slopes. Ellicottville is a delight and close by. Great shower in the loft. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Property was spotless. Very nicely decorated. Great appliances. Great location. Only negative was two sets of stairs for 70 plus year olds. Great for younger people.

Excellent property and Responsiveness from owners

The owners went above and beyond to assist us with our he last minute stay. They were able to get us in and provided us with a welcome snack. We celebrated our newly sworn in Attorney. Made for a perfect place.

We had an amazing time at Chalet Rosche! The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from all levels is beautiful! The location is perfect with convenience to Holiday Valley and Ellicottville. Jessica and Scott were wonderful to work with and very helpful! We truly enjoyed our stay at Chalet Rosche and can’t wait to return!

Feb break getaway

Thank you for a relaxing few days in EVL. Condo was cozy for our group of 7. Nice to have fires in the fireplace at night. Very close tothe mtn which made going back and forth quick and easy. Overall great stay.

Cozy Townhome with Great Views

The balcony overlooking the gorgeous fall landscape was priceless. The lofted ceilings, decorating details, and cleanliness were impressive. The owners communicate quickly and professionally. This end townhouse was conviently located to the parking lot and garbage dumpster. It is just far enough from town where you can feel relaxed but still have walking/short drive access to downtown EVL.

Beautiful location, great apartment

Property was clean and as described, with a nice view of the valley from the back deck. Plenty of room to spend time in when you're not out enjoying the area. Would visit again.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

The chalet was a wonderful place to call home for our family during a beautiful wedding weekend at Holiday Valley! The house was impeccably clean with very comfortable beds and amenities that truly came in handy during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here - look forward to returning and enjoying some more fun times in Ellicottville!

Fantastic location, accurately described and would recommend this property

Great location with great amenities and owner was a wonderful host. We loved this property and really enjoyed our stay. Only issue - there is only one Air Conditioner in the entire house placed in the living room which was not working through our stay, however weather was colder than usual which made our stay comfortable.
