Up to 4 Cars can be parked only on the driveway.

Weight capacity of bunkbeds is 200 Lbs.

We kindly ask that you leave the home in the same condition at check-out as it was when you arrived.
Do not tamper with the settings of the thermostat.
Only registered "number" of guests are allowed on the property.
