Welcome to Kickback Cottage's "Margaritaville"!

This cottage is a perfect location for Bachelorette/Bachelor parties, University/College Students, Girls Weekends, Guys Weekends, and Birthday Parties looking for BASIC accommodations. This unit is attached to other party style cottages and is NOT family friendly, NO kids, NO pets.

This chalet is a 15 minute walk to the Village at Blue Mountain or a 2 minute drive to the main parking lots.

This is not the Ritz Carlton. If your picky, particular, a complainer or expect something fancy PLEASE DO NOT rent from me!!

My area of Tyrolean Lane is all large rental chalets and has been "the" destination for party groups since the 1970's making for a lively and fun atmosphere.

This 3 story, TOWNHOUSE chalet is an END unit (that means attached to one other chalet) and approximately 1,800 square feet in size. Chalet 38C is on one side and trees are on the other side. This is an older building with character not brand new!

This is a Swiss style cottage so the second floor is all open concept perfect for large groups with a kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a good sized balcony just off the living area with a Weber natural gas BBQ (available all year). This cottage is setup with everything labelled and all the kitchen essentials for making your own meals.

There is a private hot tub located at the front of this cottage that is used all year. There is also a private fire pit located in the trees to the right of the cottage.

The adjoining living room features a flat screen tv/DVD player, satellite TV and wireless internet.

The main floor has 3 bedrooms with one double sized bunk bed and two double beds. There are also (2) three piece bathrooms with showers.

Downstairs in the lower level there are 3 bedrooms with a double sized bunk bed in two rooms and a double bed in one room. There is also a double sized pullout couch in the rec room with ping pong, foosball, TV with DVD player. The unit sleeps a max of 14 people.

All bedrooms are small cottage style bedrooms with beds, dresser and/or closet. These bedrooms are perfect for short stays. No master bedrooms or ensuites!

What's included;

- Pillows with covers, comforters with covers and mattress protectors
**SHEETS and BATH TOWELS are NOT provided but can be rented from a linen company @ $30/bed ( I can make the arrangements). This sounds weird if your used to hotels or renting condos but is pretty much standard for large cottages at Blue. Most groups bring sleeping bags/bed sheets and towels to save money.

- Parking is available for a max of 5-6 vehicles, 2 cars can be parked in front of the Chalet and another 3 to 4 can be parked on the side of the building in front of the Shed.

- set of pots/pans, cutlery, plates and dishes, dish towels and dish soap

- coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, two fridges, salt/pepper, olive oil

- starter package of 6 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels

- iron, ironing board, hair dryer

Whats NOT included;
- There is no washer/dryer
- There is no dishwasher, they rarely work right and flood floors. Lots of groups bring paper plates or force the smaller members of their groups to do dishes by hand. Dish soap, drying rack and dish towels are provided.

Important Info;
- Must be 19 years old to book a chalet and MUST be present during the stay.
- NO pets....ever, Absolutely No Smoking inside the premises.

* Outdoor noise must be reasonable after 11pm. Groups can be fined and evicted if noise complaints are received* City of Blue Mountains has a very strict No Loud Noise any time policy. Also Hot Tub can be used only between 7 am till 11 pm. NO Hot Tub use between 11 pm till 7 am, City Inspectors and Security may ask you to reduce the loud noise and ask you to go inside and not use Hot Tub after 11 pm. Sorry We are Helpless, these are City Rules, they may even fine you with $650

- There are three chalets at this location attached together. This is the right hand chalet.

- I specialize in party groups. This cottage is not family friendly

- Use the trail beside the Fire and EMS station to get to the Village in 15 min. It is too far to walk in ski boots to the main ski lifts.
