Our home is perfect for a family that wishes to enjoy the beauty of Nelson. It is walking distance from downtown, the famous Rail Trail and Lakeside park. Very spacious and clean, the house has 5 bedrooms and accomodates up to 6 people. Whitewater ski resort is only 25 minutes away and many mountain bike and hicking trails are accessible right from the property. If you are coming for beaches in the summer or snow sports in the winter, Nelson is a one of a kind world class gem in the mountains. Kootenay Lake is less than 5 minutes away with wonderful beaches, parks and boardwalk.

The space
At the end of a residential street and at the edge of the forest, the house sits on a quiet roundabout (with a basketball net). Behind the house you will discover a large deck and the sound of a forest creek flowing by. Rooms are spacious and inviting. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms in the newly renovated basement. The master bedroom's ensuite bathroom possesses a gorgeous tub with forest views and it's walk-in closet can hide away all your belongings. On the main floor, you will find a quiet space in the closed office. The newly renovated basement offers a home-theater with a PS5 (4 controllers), a small boxing gym, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. There is also a garage available for storage purposes (no vehicles).

Bedroom decorations are of a minimalism style and the house itself is bright and airy.

Our house is not pet-friendly as our kid is allergic.
