Located just a short walk from Canyon Road, this serene retreat provides the perfect combination of privacy, nature, and convenience. Enjoy stunning views of an acre of piñon trees, a cascading waterfall that flows into a tranquil pond during warmer months, and abundant wildlife year-round.
LIVING AREA
The living room is both spacious and inviting, centered around a distinctive diamond-plaster fireplace and bathed in natural light from ample glass doors. Adjacent to this space is a traditional round den featuring a kiva-style skylight and a striking rock-faced fireplace, making it an ideal spot for movie nights or quiet reading.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen and dining areas blend functionality with style, offering all the amenities you need for preparing and enjoying meals, with plenty of windows to let in the natural beauty of the surroundings.
BED AND BATH
The primary suite has a king-size bed and is located on the second floor, showcasing grand windows that frame the lush acre lot. The en-suite bathroom offers a spa-like experience with double sinks, a luxurious soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
The home features two additional bedrooms located on the lower level, sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a king-size bed and is the only bedroom equipped with a television. The other has a queen-size bed. Please note that the bathroom attached to this room has a narrow door, which may be less accessible for some guests.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The back patio opens up to a private oasis surrounded by piñon trees and natural beauty. During warmer months, the sound of a cascading waterfall into the pond adds to the peaceful atmosphere. Climb the stairs from the primary bedroom to the rooftop deck, where you can take in breathtaking views of the surrounding area. With wildlife visible year-round, this outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature.
