Lovingly furnished and appointed, this space will welcome you to our city with comfort and style. With multiple desks, a printer, and fast Wi Fi, this home is ideal for our most productive guests.



LIVING AREA

The living room has comfortable seating for four in front of the smart TV and the authentic Kiva fireplace. This is an ideal gathering space for a small group.



KITCHEN, AND DINING

The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking homemade meals, which can be enjoyed by four guests in the formal dining space



BED AND BATH

Both bedrooms feature king beds. One has an en-suite bath, and the other has a bathroom in the hallway between the two bedrooms.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Enjoy Santa Fe's famous sunshine and weather while using the gas grill in the backyard. Outdoor seating for four is provided.

PLEASE NOTE:

- This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate.

- The covered parking space is a tight fit with larger vehicles. If you are not comfortable parking in tight spaces, park your SUVs and trucks on the free and safe street parking on Griffin St.

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
