Amazing first trip to Destin

This was our first trip to Destin and it definitely met our expectations. The condo was very clean and in a great location. Easy access to the beach and all amenities.

Roomy and Comfortable

Loved the setup and decor, small but roomy. You can see the beach from the balcony , it's about a 3 minute walk. I would rent this place again. The only issue we had was the stove and a few lights didn't work. There was a small toaster there to use if you need it.

Great Birthday Stay!

We had a blast at Pinkie’s place at the Enclave. It was absolutely perfect for me and 7 other adults for my 30th birthday! Close to so many places, unit was clean and decorated very cute, easy beach access nearby, great pool for tenants and plenty of space to hang out and play games at the big table after a day at the beach. Only suggestion (unless I missed it in the listing), make sure to bring your own beach towels! The towels in the unit are for showering and not the beach. We didn’t pack any but found a store nearby to buy some.

Perfect place but ..

The place was absolutely great and very convenient and clean but the rooms provided didn't receive a/c at all, very hot throughout the night. A/c tech went one morning and never seen again.

Clean and Roomy

First thing, I greatly appreciated the ac already running when we got in so there was instant relief from the heat and humidity. The condo felt, looked, and smelled clean and fresh. I'm a former professional short term rental cleaner. I am very particular about places being clean enough or I don't feel I can stay. Overall this was a great (and clean)e xperience. The rooms are a little bigger than I expected. The whole place was pretty roomy, and there were six of us staying. We had no problems with Internet or Netflix. The beach was easy to find and get access too. We didn't have any problems while we were there and didn't need to contact management, so I can't speak to how easy they were to get ahold of. Overall a great place I would recommend to others.

Good location

Perfect location. Quick beach access and pool. There was no Wi-Fi access and we tried the numbers listed for Wi-Fi assistance and that was no help there. The bedroom with the bunks was very hot , there was a box fan in there that helped, but it never cooled down like the rest of the condo. Overall, a good stay.

Could have been better

This property could have been better with some effort put into it. The second floor could really use some more bright lights. The apartment was very well decorated and looked very homely with a beach decorating theme. Down side the toaster oven and some of the dishes were not cleaned well. There was no Wi-Fi available or cable tv which was an inconvenience when having small kids. The only game there was chess & my kids were too small to know how to play it. There were several phone numbers to call in case there were internet problems, cable problems, or maintenance issues. Most of those numbers were disconnected or didn’t know anything about that location. They definitely need to update information. Pinkie slow to respond after day 3 someone was finally sent over & was told the equipment was expired and couldn’t get fixed till after we left. Out of 5 days of no tv or Wi-Fi they were willing to compensate 2.5 days which I suppose was better than nothing. Housekeeping mopped the floor in the lobby right before we came down & did not put out a wet floor sign and my older mother slipped and fell leaving her limping for the rest of our trip. The washer & dryer fee was more than listed but was only $1.75 each so still wasn’t bad. Again they definitely need to update their information. This place has a great location to the beach and I love that it had a gated private beach access. I like that they had a pool for moments when we couldn’t go to the beach. Overall, this place could use some work to smooth out the kinks but it has great potential.

Great value and good time

Unit was clean and we enjoyed our stay. A bit crowded since there is not much real estate on the beach and private property from other condos on the beach are strictly enforced. But if you don’t mind setting up in the back and not have to fight getting a spot at the water, I highly recommend this unit. Close 2 minutes walk to the water and be ready to walk up and down on stairs to get on the sand with whatever your setup is. I truly believe that the value you get is great if you can get passed all of the above. The unit is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, so plenty of space for a regular family. We did not feel crammed at all. We typically are very picky but we had zero complaints overall. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Great property

We love the Enclave and vacation here pretty often. The property seems to be under new management and is very safe. Only issues were a slow drain in one of the bathrooms and the ice maker didn’t work. Pinkie responded quickly and got the necessary repairmen out. The kitchen could use a couple more pots and pans (I enjoy cooking and do so on vacation), but overall it was pretty well stocked. Also, the unit could stand a few games like Uno or Monopoly. It’s not a requirement, but other units we’ve rented provided those.

Very Nice!

Beautiful and roomy property with nice pool and tennis court. Walk to beach wasn't too far. Only glitch during our stay was the front door lock code's battery went out. But the property owner called a locksmith and all was good! Very nice place to stay.

Everything I expected.Please with my choice.

Everything was fine except no bedding was there for sofa beds.Location was perfect since I was not wanting beach side this time.i will consider your properties in the future.
