The studio unit is located on the harborside of the property with the estuary only a few steps away. The unit has its own private entrance and access away from the main house.

Perfect for a couple here for a wedding or a small family getaway. Bedding arrangements - one queen bed plus a set of single bunks offering a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the wonders of the estuary.

Open the curtains in the living area and see the stunning views of the surrounding landscape, allowing guests to wake up to the sight of the serene waters and picturesque scenery.

The studio features a compact yet well-equipped kitchenette, complete with essential appliances and utensils. It's perfect for preparing light meals or snacks, giving guests the flexibility to dine in at their leisure. There is a small benchtop oven, two elements, microwave, coffee plunger, jug and toaster. Also, available to use during your stay is a small weber BBQ.

The new Monty's cafe is only a 10-minute walk from the property, offering great coffee and food. The local dairy also has some supplies with great fish n chips if you feel like taking a night off from cooking.

The wedding venue at Estuary Events is only a 5-minute walk from the property.
