Remember those long summer holidays with not a care in the world - a relaxing `Sunday` everyday? You can relax at your cosy base, with the beach two minutes from your door, a quick walk into town and the playground that is the Margaret River region within easy reach.



A great base for a romantic week-end, time spent with good friends or a memorable family holiday.



The home is fully self-contained with a lovely fully equipped kitchen, electric oven and cooktop, and microwave.



The living area offers reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. Also enjoy the lovely wood fire to warm the house on those cool winter nights.



The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a smart TV.



The home is tastefully decorated and has modern unpolished concrete floors.



There is an enclosed backyard, and the outdoor patio has a dining area and TV room. The gas barbeque is available for your convenience. The second bathroom with shower and toilet is off the patio for you to shower when you get back from the beach. Plenty of room for the kids to play in the fully enclosed rear garden.



There are four bedrooms, all with ceiling fans.



Whole house is for your exclusive use.



Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.



This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.



School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.



Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.



Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.



One bag of firewood is provided May to October. There is air-conditioning in the main room.
