Stay with us in our charming Nook located in Kitsilano, two blocks from Broadway restaurants, cafes, public transport & 10 blocks to the beach. It comfortably fits 2 with a king-size bed & ensuite bathroom!

CHECKOUT DAYS - Regretably Check outs MUST BE on SATURDAYS, TUESDAYS or THURSDAYS. We will not be able to accept bookings checking out on different days of the week other than those 3 days. Thanks for your understanding

THE SPACE
The Nook is located in the ground level of our house, faces our front yard, at our 111 years old Kitsilano craftsman character house.
Walls color is relaxing light blue and contrasts with original exposed house wood beams and post which gives the Nook a lot of character. Enjoy privacy as there is a separate entrance to the side of the house, 1 bedroom with a spacious king size nook bed that serves as both a bed & a great place to read a book or a magazine by the window or just sit back and watch TV or listen to your favorite radio station or your music. It has great size full bathroom and a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and mini fridge.
The size is more like a hotel room plus a small sitting area. It can take up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child 8 yrs or older.
The location can not be better as its steps to Broadway 's restaurants, cafes, small shops, 10 blocks away from the beach & public transportation is just around the corner - UBC & downtown are 10 minutes away by bus.
GUEST ACCESS
- Private ensuite bathroom
- If needed access to House shared laundry room at an extra cost of $10/ day- you need to bring your own detergent marked "he" or pay $15 /day instead and use ours.
- Due to a family member vulnerable health condition, access to the main house kitchen for cooking have to be arranged prior and may not be available at all times.
- There is a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster in the room- No Stove!
- TV, hair dryer, wifi , towels & linen
- Street parking is free (see parking regulations in House Rules)
- Cleaning Service once every 2 weeks or at mid stay is included in rent for 30 + nights stays - additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost
