Entrada privada con grandes ventanales y techos altos que suministran un torrente de luz natural en un concepto de espacio de la cocina / sala de estar abierta. cocina elegante y eficiente ofrece la gama eléctrica de la máquina Nespresso, microondas, lavavajillas y lavadora-secadora. Sala de estar está vestido con elegante y refinada decoración en tonos neutros. Piso de mosaico con calor radiante en todas partes.
Buena habitación de tamaño, con cama de matrimonio y gran capacidad de almacenamiento, tanto en walk in closet y armario de capa.
Fantástica ubicación cerca de Queen Elizabeth Park, el centro de Hillcrest y The Bailey Estadio Nat. Justo en el corazón de Main Street, recientemente nombrada como una de las calles más frescas de América del Norte: The Acorn, Portland Craft, Nomad y The Fish Counter están a tiro de piedra y son solo algunos de los excelentes restaurantes de Main.

Wonderful!

Such a perfect place to spend a month in Vancouver! The apartment was very quiet; so clean and well appointed. All the details I wished for were there for this handsome, efficiently-designed space. Further, the neighborhood has so much enjoyment in immediate access, from special restaurants to standard or high-end groceries, interesting stores, and other amemities. And public transit is so convenient (get a Compass Card)! My hosts perfectly found the sweet spot: helpful, available and generally invisible. I heartily recommend this lovely place for a happy visit. .

Perfect Basement Unit

This was a great unit to stay in, was close to many great food choices (groceries and restaurants) and very easy to get to places via the accessible transit closeby. The hosts were very friendly and the unit contained all ammenities one would need to be comfortable, I would book it again in a heartbeat.

Well located and equipped apartment

The apartment had everything I required. The laundry saved having to carry washing to an external laundry and the kitchen was well equipped. It was well situated just off Main Street for bus transport and a comfortable walk to King Edward station even for my 72 year old legs. Flo was a good hostess and available to help me with any questions that I had. I was very comfortable and would stay here again.

Great experience!

We had a very pleasant stay at Flo and Del's property! They were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is great, with tons of restaurants and shops that are easily accessible. The train/metro station to downtown is pretty close by too.

Great suite!! Awesome hosts!!

We booked a 4 month stay for the summer in Flo and Del’s suite and had the best experience we could have asked for! The location and neighbourhood were perfect (super close to Queen Elizabeth park and bustling Main Street, and a 10 minute drive from downtown). The suite was squeaky clean and thoughtfully laid out, it had everything we could have needed (in unit washer/dryer, blankets, towels, etc.). The space was cozy but has huge windows which made it seem a lot more spacious and open. Throughout the entire stay Flo and Del were so accommodating (even switching out the TV in the suite when the screen went haywire one night). They were great communicators (quick responses and let us know when they’d be out of town, etc.) and went out of their way to make us feel at home. It was clear from the beginning of our stay that they really care about their guests and providing the best experience possible. The hospitality was unmatched. The suite was perfect for everything we needed this summer, and the awesome hosts were an added bonus!(: Thank you Flo & Del for a wonderful stay, would recommend this suite to anyone!!

Excellent pied a terre

This is a clean, comfortable and well-equipped suite., well located for local facilities such as restaurants and shops and for transport links. The hosts are pleasant and helpful without being intrusive. It was an ideal base for us visiting family and friends but would also suit holidaymakers looking to explore a wider experience of Vancouver than more traditional tourist locations might offer. Sue Z

Wonderful Stay

My parents stayed at Flo and Del’s suite and had a great time. It was very clean and modern with everything they needed to make their visit enjoyable. The location was fantastic and close to lots of bars and restaurants. They will definitely be staying next time they visit.

perfectly comfortable and in an excellent location

I can highly recommend this place, having spent a wonderful month here. Flo and Del were lovely - respectful of privacy while at the same time congenial and happy to chat. The interior design of the place was truly thoughtful, pleasing to the eye and the mind, and practical - clearly a labour of love. Excellent Internet connection (though I didn't try the Wifi much, only the Ethernet), very comfortable bed, impeccably clean throughout. And all this at a very central location, while at the same time completely shielded from any traffic sounds whatsoever. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Apartment in a Great Area

We had a wonderful stay at Flo & Del's clean and cozy basement apartment suite. It was perfect for us as we celebrated our mutual birthdays. Very centrally located to public transportation and walking distance to fabulous restaurants. Flo was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly to all communications. Overall a perfect place from which to explore Vancouver. We will be back!

Just what we wanted

The apartment was in a nice, residential neighborhood, super-clean, furnished with sleek furniture and appliances, and very quiet. Check-in and check-out were easy, via lockbox. A binder inside had all the information we needed to start our explorations. We loved the location, too -- just a half-block away from a commercial street loaded with a wide variety of restaurants, bars and interesting shops. Vancouver has a great public transportation system, which is accessible via the very frequent buses running on that street, or via subway an easy 15-min. walk in the other direction. That subway line runs straight to the airport. (You could even walk to the apartment from the main train station -- about 1.5 miles away -- if you were so inclined.) So not only would I recommend Vancouver to anyone looking for a beautiful place to visit, but I'd also steer them to this apartment.

great little love nest.

comfy and cozy place to stay. shower was a surprise as a cylindrical space -saver, but we still loved it. hosts provided thoughtful and hospitable amenities. We'd stay again.

Great location & even more amazing hosts!

Although we sadly didn't get to meet Flo & Del- they were amazing hosts! The place was set up perfectly with everything we needed. We loved the location, as well as the easy access to restaurants on Main. We will absolutely book again when we return to Vancouver!

Geschmackvolle Suite in spannender Umgebung

Wir waren für vier Nächte in der schönen Suite und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Suite liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Seitenstraße der Main Street. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreicht man interessante Restaurants, Cafés und Boutiquen. Mit Bus oder Bahn ist man ebenfalls recht schnell in den anderen Stadteilten von Vancouver. Die Suite ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Nespressomaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner). Nach unserer zweiwöchigen Campingtour haben wir dies gern genutzt. Auch die Kommunikation mit Flo lief wunderbar! Nochmals herzlichen Dank und viele Grüße nach Vancouver!

amazing

This was a beautifully set up apartment. Immaculate in cleanliness, equipped with everything we needed, it was a perfect place for our stay in Vancouver. We also loved the area, and enjoyed local restaurants and shops! The owners were a delight to deal with. So hospitable and helpful! We will definitely be recommending this one!

Great little suite in Vancouver

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and quiet suite in one of the most charming communities of Vancouver. Flo and Del were very hospitable and the parking pad was convenient. We explored the city by public transportation and loved to walk around the neighborhood every evening. There a many excellent restaurants (The Acorn, Burdock & Co.), shops and cafés (Coco & Olive) on Main Street just around the corner. Thank you very much, Flo and Del! We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent base for a wonderful holiday

The little basement apartment made a great home-from-home on our recent trip to Vancouver. It has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a small kitchen area to prepare a meal on the days we didn't eat out. The Save-On-Foods supermarket is roughly a fifteen minute walk down Main Street with a number of cafes on the way. Transport around Vancouver by bus/transit seemed pretty straight forward (you can get a Compass card from the machines at the Broadway/City Hall SkyTrain station across on Cambie Street, about 25 mins walk). The owners, Flo and Del, live upstairs and made us feel very welcome, whilst allowing us the space to just be. Despite being just off Main - a busy road, the apartment was really quiet. Our thanks for a lovely holiday.

So relaxing

We came to eat, photograph and take random boutique fitness classes. We did that and in between nice meals, minolta moments and high octane classes we relaxed int his simple and modern place. We slept well, felt relaxed while there and just enjoyed the energy of the place. We would certainly consider staying there again. Oh, and the location? Perfect-Main Street is way cool and hip.

Oasis with City Convenience

Finely crafted, well appointed, & impeccably cared suite, and a short distance to notable Vancouver attractions. Everything we need for a weekend-getaway was within a short walk. Fine grocer & restaurants kept us well fed, yet apartment stocked enough equipment to prepare a company dinner! The quiet suite, & hospitality of our hosts have changed our quick trip preference their suite, rather than B & Bs.

Main Street offers so much in terms of convenience, variety, fun and diversity. It's an ever changing environment, but still maintaining it's unique vibe and character. This truly is a walking neighbourhood where we enjoy supporting our community and local businesses. There's no shortage of parks and playgrounds to keep the kids entertained and is a great opportunity to meet others. Main Street was recently named as one of North America's coolest streets:
