Located in vibrant Tuxedo Park, our property is conveniently near the bus stop for easy transportation. Explore downtown, the zoo, the science center, and SAIT with quick access to popular attractions.

Guest Access: The duplex has a main-level and basement suite. Both units will be entirely yours. Each unit has side-by-side separate entrances. There is no connecting door between the two units.

Shared Heating and Air Conditioner: Both units share a furnace and air conditioner. The thermostat can only be adjusted between 21-23 degrees Celsius (69-73 degrees Fahrenheit).
Parking: Free street parking is available anywhere on the street. Parking spots are not assigned. However, please be mindful not to park in the handicapped parking spaces marked by the blue handicap
If you have dogs, please do not leave them unattended if they are prone to barking.
There will be an additional charge of $250 if an excessive amount of pet hair is left on the furniture.
Max 8 guests allowed overnight. There will be a penalty of $100 per guest per day for unregistered guests
