Featuring generous living area, a modern kitchen with ample storage, and cozy bedrooms, it’s designed for comfort. Stay productive with a designated workspace, unwind with a PlayStation 3, and enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer combo. Perfect for both short and long stays! Free Wifi.

This inviting Studio features an open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the spacious kitchen with ample storage, cozy living area, and dining space. The living room also includes a comfortable sofa bed, accommodating up to two extra guests (please note, an additional charge may apply based on guest numbers selected).
Please note the studio unit is below the main house on the property. The owners live upstairs in the main unit.

The kitchen is well-stocked with modern appliances, cookware, and essential pantry staples like salt, pepper, and sugar. We've also included thoughtful extras such as instant and plunger coffee, a selection of teas, drinking chocolate, milk, and sweet treats.
• Dining Area
The dining table seats four, providing a perfect space for shared meals and gatherings.
• Comfortable Bedrooms
Unwind in the luxurious King-sized bed, complete with a plush topper and freshly laundered linens, ensuring a restful stay. The bedroom also features its own en-suite bathroom for added convenience.
◘ The living room sofa bed has a double mattress, providing additional sleeping space for up to two guests.
• Wi-Fi & Entertainment
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for work or streaming. Enjoy endless entertainment on the 50" smart TV, where you can watch live programs or access your favorite streaming services. A PlayStation 3 is also available for gaming fun.
• Ensuite Bathroom
The full ensuite bathroom is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring:

◘ Heated towel rails
◘ Vanity and full-length mirrors
◘ Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels
• Dedicated Workspace
A designated work area is available, providing a comfortable spot for those who need to stay productive during their stay.
• Heating & Cooling
The living room is equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to adjust the temperature for year-round comfort.
• Laundry Facilities
A washer/dryer combo is conveniently located near the kitchen, complete with laundry powder, an iron, ironing board, and a drying rack—perfect for extended stays.
• Prime Location
Ideally situated less than a 10-minute drive from Christchurch International Airport, offering easy access for travelers.
There is no designated off-street parking space for this property. There is street parking located on Grahams Road itself - please take note of all signage posts when parking.
Guests will have full access to the entire property, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Please note that this home is conveniently located near the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.
This house is a single level property. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs depending on the availability. There is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. Extra cost is to cover express cleaning.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
