Welcome to our newly built 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhouse with a private car park. Located in a peaceful residential area on the edge of the CBD, it offers convenient access to transport via Moorhouse Ave and is close to the revitalised Lancaster Park. This stylish two-story home boasts an open-plan living area that flows onto a sunny deck. The property includes a full kitchen, Queen bed, two King Single beds, ensuring a comfortable stay. Free Wifi.
This affordable stay is a 2-storey property with an open-plan layout. The full kitchen, living, and dining areas are comfortable and easy to heat/cool. Step outside to a charming outdoor space, perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen comes stocked with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals, including modern appliances, cookware, and pantry essentials like salt, pepper, and sugar. Enjoy added extras such as instant and plunger coffee, a selection of teas, drinking chocolate, milk, and sweet treats.
• Dining Area
The indoor dining table comfortably seats four, while an additional outdoor dining set for two allows you to enjoy meals in the fresh air.
• Comfortable Bedrooms
Relax in the inviting Queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, while the second bedroom offers two King Single beds with plush toppers and fresh linens. (please note the King Single bedroom door doesn`t close fully, due to the bed placement)
• Wi-Fi & Entertainment
Stay connected with fast and reliable Wi-Fi, ideal for work or streaming. The 50” smart TV in the living area provides access to live programs and streaming services for endless entertainment.
• Modern Bathrooms
A full bathroom upstairs and an additional separate toilet downstairs offer convenience. Upstairs bathroom is equipped with:
○ Tiled shower
○ Vanity & mirror
○ Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels
• Private Outdoor Space
Unwind in your private backyard, complete with comfortable seating for two—a perfect spot to soak up the relaxing atmosphere. There is a shed for storage.

The ground floor air-conditioning unit provides year-round comfort with both heating and cooling options to suit your needs.
