Fishing Trip

Our families stayed here for our annual fishing trip and the property was perfect. A short walk to the beach for the ones who didn’t want to fish and not too far from boat launch for those that did. Plenty of room for everyone. Property was clean and check in was easy enough.

This home was perfect for our family! We stayed Sunday through Saturday and it was great! A short walk to the water, a perfect view for early morning coffee, more room than anyone would expect in a vacation home. Our first family summer vacation couldn’t have gone any better!

We enjoyed the house and location, house was well epuipped. Seating under the deck would have been nice but was not well kept.

Fort Morgan Christmas

Love the house and location to the beach. Will definitely stay at this location again in the future. The washer doesn't work and only starts the soak cycle and then stops, couldn't wash clothes. The garbage disposal doesn't work. It hums but doesn't spin. The kitchen sink is coming loose from the countertop. The light in the front bedroom doesn't come on, the fan works but the light cord is jammed. Only two TVs worked in the house. The main TV and the one in the north back bedroom. Only one drinking glass in the entire house. Need more drinking glasses. We bought some and used them while there and then took them home.

Place is nice and close to the beach. However our bathroom door didn't have screws I. It so the handle kept falling off and people would get stuck insid. The washer didn't spin your clothes out so you literally had to stand there and ring them out by hand. These are all items the property manager should have been able to see. My husband went to pull the blind open only for it to break and fall which led us to finding out it looked like someone put a bandaid on it just so they didn't have to buy a new one.

Nice Decor and close to beach

Great A/C, Nice Decor, Close to Beach (see and hear ocean) Bed not so comfortable (I’m older). Needs a few things fixed (swing under house not hung, bathroom fixtures loose) No issues to big not to enjoy stay. NOTE: W/D located under house. It is not inside.

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our group of 10. Close to the beach, the beds were comfortable, and great parking. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Place and Great Location

We had a family of 9 who stayed at this property. The pictures of the property were spot on and the short walk to the beach was great! We loved the quiet neighborhood and sitting on the porch to listen to the water. A few things we loved about the space were the water spigot at the top of the stairs to quickly wash the sand off our feet before going inside and the outdoor shower. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice house and location. The pictures of the house and view need to be updated.

This was are first time to Ft. Morgan. We really enjoyed are stay. And we plan on returning next year. The house location was nice; however the pictures did not show 2 houses in front of the house. And the furniture was really worn and needed replaced. The refrigerator did not cool enough, we did have a maintenance person come and check it out. He did some basic cleaning to it, which helped a little but not much. Overall stay was nice and we would rent again.

Awesome!

House was great could have been a little cleaner. Sand was on the couch and floor the day we arrived. Had an issue with the washing machine but Nolan was great handling the problem. Yes we would stay here again!

It was good as is, but could be great.

First I'll go over the things I liked: 1. The layout of the main room. The open concept was great. 2. The location. It was within easy walking distance from the ocean, it wasn't on a busy street. 3. The price. It was super affordable for what was offered at this property. What I didn't like: 1. Check in process. We had to find where the main rental offices were, there were no big signs out indicating that the building we were at was the correct one. Then we had to dig through a dropbox of check-in envelopes to find mine, drive to our rental, use the door code only to realize that it didn't work...luckily we were able to get in contact with someone at the office and were able to get it figured out. To save time and paper they really should send out an email with all of the check in info. 2. The floor was dirty. Besides the sand the floor needed to be mopped, it was almost sticky. With this property having issues with uncleanliness in the past it really should have been picked over with a fine tooth comb. 3. There were quality issues: Bathroom doors not opening all the way, shower handles wobbly..ect. These things were minor Overall: 1. I would recommend this property as is. But there are a few tweaks that could be made that could take this property to great instead of just good.

Last minute trip that worked out great!

We had seven family members stay at this rental at the end of July. Good location. Had an easy enough walk to the public Access. The house was clean. Plenty of room for food in both the fridge and pantry. Beds were fine. The sofa bed was too lumpy to even think of using. Might want to get a new one. We had three adults in the King bed and it worked out ok. Laumdry worked well. I have never had to go outside and downstairs to do it but it worked. We used the outside shower a bit. Easier to get all the sand off! We did want to use the games, but most were missing parts. We actually combined the Domino games to get a whole one. My sister enjoyed one of the many books. Nice rental. No reason we wouldn't rental again.

Beautiful property just a few steps from the beach

We stayed here with another family. The place is set up perfectly with 2 bedrooms on either side of the common area (living room kitchen and dining area.). The pictures are somewhat deceiving in a good way. The beach is so much closer than it looks. We had everything we needed during our stay and enjoyed the free movies in the evening. We were far enough away from downtown that we felt like we were on our own private beach. The beach was not crowded at all even during peak season. Would definitely recommend staying here as this will be our choice for years to come.
