Welcome to this charming two-story duplex, accommodation is for the top level only. To access the property, you need to use the external stairs to access the top level – there are 14 steps in total. The balcony overlooks a full complement of established plants that house tropical birds. Perfect for a family or small group seeking comfort and convenience. Featuring three spacious bedrooms, the property comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with modern amenities, including ceiling fans, built-in robes with mirrors, plenty of storage, and a queen-sized bed in both the master and second bedrooms. The third bedroom offers flexibility with a king-split bed and a king single, ideal for both adults and children. Enjoy the added benefit of a balcony off the master bedroom, providing fresh air and natural light. Wake up to the sounds of Kookaburra’s, and tropical birds.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy meal preparation, complete with an electric oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary crockery and cutlery. A pool table/dart board is provided in a private games room downstairs, with an additional fridge plus a beer fridge. There is also an Esky provided for your convenience.
