Just a short stroll from the world-famous white sands of Shoal Bay Beach, SeaVista is your perfect luxury holiday home, a private retreat for a blissful beachside holiday. Sleeping a maximum 6 adults.

Unwind in your private oasis with a sparkling saltwater heated pool, bordered by serene bushland and framed by sleek glass fencing. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or enjoying dinner under the stars, this resort-style space is pure relaxation.

Two outdoor entertaining zones make holiday living easy. Sip sunset cocktails or enjoy alfresco BBQs on the elevated balcony with breathtaking panoramic views over the bay. Inside, the limestone gas fireplace invites cozy evenings after a day of adventure—perhaps a hike up nearby Mount Tomaree.

The master retreat is a sanctuary of its own, complete with ocean views, a freestanding tub, and total privacy. With two more bedrooms, a stylish family bathroom, guest powder room, and a second lounge with two sofa beds (additional costs apply and only for children), Sea Vista is perfect for families or groups.

PARKING:
While the driveway is steep, with a parking bay for turning at the top. For those feeling adventurous, the driveway leads to a single lock-up garage at the top.

BOND- $1500 is payable 14 days prior to your arrival and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

LINEN & TOWELS will be supplied for 6 guests as per the bedding configuration below.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Option 1: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Long Singles
Option 2: 2 King, 1 Queen
Additional costs when bookings of 6 + guests - Two sofa beds $100 each per booking - includes towels and linen hire. The sofa beds are for children only.

Additional costs upon request:
Sofa bed $100 per booking (children only)
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels - $8 per towel/per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
