Location
Situated right on the golden sands of Catseye Beach on the resort side of the island, you're just a short distance to all of the island's main attractions. Wander down to Catseye Beach and take advantage of your complimentary watersports equipment, included as part of your stay.

Rooms
There are two spacious bedrooms. The resort-style master has a king bed, from which you can marvel at the ever changing hues of the Catseye Beach waters. It also includes an ensuite with double vanity, a walk in rain shower and freestanding bath. The second bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed. There is also a spacious second bathroom.

Pool
There is a shared pool within the Frangipani Apartments complex, set amid a lovely private, tropical garden.

Buggy
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
