What a gem just so handy to everything and brand new.You certainly will love this sunny stylish warm apartment with all the bells and whistles.
Our apartment is just so handy to all the city shopping ,restaurants and cafes plus tourist attractions.
Our 1 bedroom apartment as state of the art kitchen with up to date kitchen appliances.Relax on the couch with a good book or a coffee while a evening meal is prepared.
Enjoy the patio area for that evening wine and to gather your thoughts after a busy day of shopping.
The Queen size bed with hotel standard linen will allow you to have a restful nights sleep ready for the next day.
Upmarket bathroom has high pressure water which will revive those weary bones.
I am the manager and do not live on the premises,but I am available by phone or text if you need any help
Our apartment is just 2 mins from the CBD ,so know need to take public transport or your car.
This is a stylish inner city apartment which will not disappoint you.
Free off street parking .
Public transport is available in inner city plus Uber will pick you up at your door.
Just 20 mins from airport .The inner city bus exchange is just 3 mins walk and buses depart regularly to all destinations.

We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
