Villa Beachy Breeze is a a light and bright 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom Cape Coral Vacation Home, decorated to perfection. The house has a spacious Florida room so you really get to experience the indoor/outdoor lifestyle of SWFL. The outside area is a beautiful as the interior; the spacious, crispy and turquoise pool, multiple social areas, the BBQ grill and of course the beautiful, large, fenced in garden that also light up at night.
This stunning home truly is the perfect combination of relaxation and fun! When you enter the home, you're struck by how light and bright it is. You immediately want to enter the Florida room, open the sliders up and jump in the pool.
The garage is climate controlled and is used as a game room. It has lots of fun games for the whole family; Packman, basketball, an air hockey table and two corn hole games. Perfect for that ultimate family vacation or getaway with friends.
The villa has a classic split bedroom layout with the primary bedroom on one side of the house with a private bathroom, and second and third bedroom on the other side of the home sharing the second bathroom.
