✦ Grill: Propane is included, but refilling and post-grill cleaning are kindly requested if the tank runs low.

Getting Around:

✦ Public transportation: There is a comprehensive Uber and Lyft network if you don't feel like driving.



Other Things to Note:

✦Amenities: Guest access to amenities requires a signed waiver confirming use or non-use. Please complete and return the waiver before arrival.



✦Agreement Form: Completion of an agreement form is required before arrival. You will receive it prior to your stay.



✦Pool: Enjoy the pool at your leisure! Pool heating incurs an additional, non-refundable fee. To ensure the pool reaches your desired temperature for your stay, please pre-pay the heating fee at least 1 day before arrival.



✦ Check-in: Please keep in mind that your access code will not work before your check-in time (4 PM). However, if you have requested early check-in, we will provide an early access code.



✦Early Check-In: Guests who wish to check in before the standard check-in time may do so for an additional fee of $20. This service is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. The exact check-in time will be determined by us.



✦Late Check-Out: Guests who require a later check-out time can extend their stay for an extra fee of $20. Please notify us in advance to arrange a late check-out. The specific check-out time will also be determined by us.



✦Pets: Dogs are allowed with a $50 per pet fee. ALL dogs allowed, no breed or weight limit. *NO CATS*



✦Trash Policy: We kindly request that guests dispose of their trash responsibly. If excessive trash is left in the bins, a fee may apply to cover additional disposal costs. Let’s keep our beautiful surroundings pristine!



✦Trash & Recycle Pick-Up: To help us maintain an eco-friendly environment, please remember to pull out the trash and recycle bins every TUESDAY during your reservation. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee.



✦Safety: The pool has no barrier - constant child supervision is required outdoors. The backyard near the canal is not fully fenced. Close supervision of children is essential.



✦Pests:

-This area attracts common insects like cockroaches, ants, spiders, and mosquitoes. To prevent them from entering, please keep doors and windows closed.

-Avoid leaving food out to attract pests.

-We maintain a pest-free home and appreciate your help in keeping it that way. If you see any insects, please let us know and we will arrange professional treatment after your stay.



✦Payments: Payments are collected in full at the time of booking. All payments must be made through the booking platform.



✦Authorization Holds: We’ll place a $500 authorization hold on your bank account at booking. No actual charge; it’s released 7 days after check-out unless there are damages. *WE DO NOT COLLECT THE DEPOSIT FOR AIRBNB RESERVATIONS*
