centrally located, quiet peaceful and relaxing, nice walk to the beach. Lovely grounds. Beachwear chairs, umbrella were provided. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to our friends.

We had a lovely, peaceful stay right by the beach

The condo was cozy and clean, and it was amazing to step out and be so close to the sand and water. Perfect for long walks on the beach and watching the sunset. It was just what we needed for a relaxing escape, and the little touches inside made it feel comfortable and inviting.

Excellent Place

It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having the ability to check in on the key pad when we arrived. It was very quiet. The walk from the room to the water was just right, and the pool was very close. The pool was very clean and warm too. We would definitely return to 4 B 1 in the future.

Steps to the Beach

Completely remodeled unit with everything necessary for the perfect seaside getaway. Both the beach and pool are steps away. The furnished lanai was a great place to start or end the day.

A perfect stay in a perfect place

I think we were among the first to stay in this condo after the renovation. Everything was so new and clean. We loved the unit and the view. The room was extremely quiet, even being on the first floor. I counted the steps to the oceans edge-210! The pool was warm and welcoming. The first trip out to the beach at the unit, a gal approached us saying "Can I share something with you?" "Of course", I replied as she handed me a conch shell and said "Jesus Loves You" to which I replied "AMEN!" What a way to start a vacation!!! We also rented bikes for the week from Finnimores and spent every day relaxing on many of the islands beaches, not one did we go to twice except 'Dolphin Beach' I call it (Blind Pass Beach) as I have never been there and not seen dolphins and usually manatees too. We enjoyed coffee and sandwiches regularly at Sanibel Deli & Coffee Factory. Say "Hi" to the owner Jeff from his Minnesota T-shirt advertiser, from me! It was an amazing stay on Sanibel and cannot wait to go back again. The island is still recovering, so be patient, things are getting better.

Perfectly located on the island, and we really appreciated how quaint and charming the property felt. The pool and beach were both just steps away, which made it incredibly convenient. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable overall.Our only minor complaints were that the coffeemaker and toaster could use an upgrade—very low grade appliances. The bed also wasn’t the most comfortable. That said, the views and unbeatable location more than made up for those small drawbacks.
