This third-floor ocean-view condo at the coveted Sundial Resort offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Known for its prime beachfront location, inviting amenities, and easy access to Sanibel’s island paths, Sundial is one of the most desirable destinations on the island. Completely renovated in 2025, this private unit is designed to give couples a peaceful, memorable retreat.

The king bedroom features a plush mattress and fresh linens, while the adjoining bathroom boasts a spacious tiled shower. A comfortable sofa and chair in the living room provide space to unwind, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to enjoy meals at home. The highlight is the oversized private lanai — a perfect spot for morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply soaking in the ocean breeze and view.

For days at the beach, we provide chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, making it easy to relax along Sanibel’s shoreline. Guests also enjoy access to the heated pool featured in the listing photos, along with complimentary parking, free Wi-Fi, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Sundial offers several on-site dining options, a tiki bar, and a convenience market just steps away. A coin-operated laundry facility is also conveniently located in the building. Please note that as a private rental, this condo does not include access to the resort’s fitness center.

Megan and her husband were great host. They were very easy to to communicate with before, during and after our stay. The condo was immaculate and very well appointed. So close to the beach and pool. We will be renting from them again. Their recommendations for restaurants were great! No disappointing meals at all.

Just returned from 9 amazing days on Sanibel staying in this beautiful unit. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorating and has everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. The view from the lanai was amazing with the beautiful beach just steps away. Megan was extremely responsive to any questions. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Great Unit

The unit was perfect. Has a numerical key pad lock for both the condo unit and storage unit. It was very clean and comfy. Only 1 towel each person though. Unit had 2 nice beach chairs and umbrella that were good quality to withhold the wind.. and didn't get rusty. Also had a nice cooler to use and ice packs in the freezer. Steps to the pool and beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location with a view

The condo was well decorated and very comfy. My wife and I stayed here for a much needed anniversary trip and we totally enjoyed ourselves. The hosts were very prompt in responding to our questions and thoughtful in the little extra details they included. Definitely a great stay and one of locations we would love to stay again in the future.

Wonderful week on Sanibel

We had a wonderful week staying at this beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable condo. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you could possibly need including a washer and dryer. The view from the lanai is just gorgeous and a great place to have your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the water. Everything you would need for the beach is located in the storage unit including umbrellas, a cooler, beach chairs and beach toys. We enjoyed many bike rides around the island with the bikes provided by the owners. Megan and Andrew have thought of everything to make their guests stay hassle free and enjoyable in every way. They are also very quick to reply to any inquiries. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful, well equipped condo, convenient to the beach. There are nice amenities including beach chairs, large umbrella, bikes and helmets in the ground floor storage unit. This unit also has the added benefit of a washer and dryer. The owners have really thought of everything.

Wonderful Time

Not sure what I enjoy more having coffee on the lanai or enjoying late afternoon wine with crackers and cheese on the lanai with the great view of the ocean!! Unit has a washer and dryer and the kitchen has everything you need. In the locker are chairs and umbrella for the beach along with a wagon to use for bringing items to the beach Have stayed in the unit many years and this is a new owner who redecorated and upgraded some furniture. My cousin who joined me for some of the trip said the pull out sofa was very comfortable. Our only negative was the chairs with dinning room set look great but are very uncomfortable Was doing some remote work…and internet connection was great…could even work from the lanai Owner was very responsive

Just right for a couple

We had an enjoyable week , despite several cloudy days. The condo was very clean and decorated well. The large screen tv was ideal for viewing from the kitchen or living area. The kitchen had everything you would need . The storage locker was well stocked , but the beach chairs were the low style which are very difficult to get in and out of if you have any back issues. Overall, we loved the unit and attentiveness of the owners.

Great place, great location.

We’ve been to Sanibel a half dozen times and stayed at different places each visit. This condo is hands down the best we’ve been to. From the easy check in, to the storage area stocked with chairs, bikes, coolers, a beach wagon, etc. The condo itself is a one minute walk to the beach, extremely clean, wonderfully decorated, and has a perfectly stocked kitchen with laundry. Not to mention that the owners are in email contact with you before, during, and at the end of your trip. This place is definitely worth 5 stars!

Perfect family get away

We went to Sanibel for our last trip as a family of 3, before we have another baby. The place was perfect for our little family and Megan was wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend. Beautiful views and beaches.

Family Reunion

The condo was great! We were there for a family reunion. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. From large pots and pans down to a wine bottle opener. We loved the comfort of the bed and pillows. Everything was neat and clean. We are looking forward to a return trip in the future.

This condo was absolutely amazing, very nice and comfortable. We didn’t want for anything, most everything was provided even though we had our own bicycles the condo is equipped with very nice bicycles and beach supplies. I will definitely be staying here again without hesitation.

Wonderful vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 3! The co do was new remodeled and looked beautiful! The co do was stocked with everything that was needed from washing machine pods to even coffee filters! (Which we brought cause we didn’t know). The check in process was very easy and directions were easy to understand! We were grateful for the storage unit and all that was offered in there! The owners replied quickly to any inquiries we had. We definitely want to come back again! Beautiful view from our lanai and easy access to the beach and pool!!

Wonderful Condo

This was our second trip to Sanibel and the condo met our expectations. It was very clean and the decor was light and beachy putting you in the vacation mood the minute you walked through the door. It sits right on the edge of the beach so access was not a problem. I loved having the storage unit with beach chairs, umbrellas and nets to encourage our shelling adventures. We unfortunately got stuck with tropical storm Elsa for a couple of days but the owners were great in keeping us informed of the resorts updates which was greatly appreciated. I only have two recommendations which would be to offer more towels and wash cloths as well as toilet paper. There was only half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived. We had ran by the store for supplies prior to arriving so this made for an extra trip back since we didn’t know. Also, there were only 2 bath towels, 2 beach towels and 2 wash cloths available. Thankfully there is a washer and dryer available, so it just made for a few extra loads of laundry. So FYI for future guests, bring more washcloths or a shower loofah. Overall those recommendations did not hinder our stay in any way. We loved the condo, the location and would rent again in the future! We thank the owners for their communication and allowing us to vacation at their property!

We've been visiting Sanibel for years and have always loved the peaceful vibes of the island. We have family and friends at the resort who also own condos. While the state of Florida offers many islands and beaches, Sanibel seems to separate itself from the pack with its lush vegetation, diverse wildlife, NO high-rises, miles of bike/walking paths, and endless beaches sprinkled with countless shells.
