Welcome to The Suncatcher in Oyster Bay II - a Brand New Home that towers above the rest with peekaboo Views and a serene Coastal Vibe that you’ll love! As you pull into the driveway - which has plenty of room for your vehicles and water toys - the first thing you’ll notice is the gentle rustle of the beach grasses surrounding the home. You’re on Island Time now - kick off your flip flops and let the fun begin!

The Suncatcher has an awesome Reverse Floor Plan to maximize gorgeous Views of the Marsh and Oyster Bay. You’ll love kicking back in the Living Area and sinking into the comfy Sectional after a fun-filled day at the Beach. With Free WiFi, Flat Screen Smart TV, and Views galore, it’s a wonderful place to just be together! Slip out to the Water View Deck and snuggle up with a good book on the Outdoor Sectional, or begin the day with your morning coffee at the Outdoor Dining Table. The open floor plan allows you to spend time together without ever feeling crowded.

One of the perks of living in a true home on Vacation is the Kitchen - and this Kitchen delivers with Stainless Appliances, Quartz Countertops, and all the comforts of home. Dine in the comfort of Central AC in the Dining Area, or Al-Fresco on the Marsh View Deck. If you’re not one to cook on Vacation, don’t fret - there are lots of great dining options just down the road!

The Suncatcher sleeps 8 more than comfortably in 4 Bedrooms and with 3 Full Baths. One Bedroom is tucked away upstairs and has a comfy Queen Bed, and there is a Full Bath with Walk-in Shower convenient to this Bedroom and the Living Area.

As you wander downstairs, you find 3 more Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. Bedroom 1 is the Primary Bedroom with a Queen Bed, and is absolutely stunning with colors of sand and sea, Flat Screen Smart TV, and private access to the Water View Deck. The Attached Full Bath is bright and beachy and has a Walk-in Shower. Also on this level are Bedrooms 2 and 3, with a Queen Bed and Full Bed consecutively, all decorated with a lovely coastal flair.

All of this, and you’re only minutes from Assateague National Seashore - one of the most beloved National Parks in our country! Whether you enjoy fishing, sunbathing, shell combing, or searching for ponies, our pristine beaches truly offer something for everyone.
