Located within walking distance to the beach in the heart of the tri-villages on Hatteras Island, this Salvo rental is close to all things Outer Banks! Enjoy quick day trips to Ocracoke, Bodie Island, and Roanoke Island, visit multiple lighthouses during your stay, and explore the Hatteras Villages from the waters while vacationing here.

On the first level, you will find 2 King En Suites and den. This is also where you will spend hours of fun hanging out in the theater room watching a great movie after a sun-filled day at the beach or hanging out in the recreation room challenging your friends/family to various games. Walk outside to the private pool, hot tub, and tiki bar. Enjoy an outdoor shower and an elevator to the other levels as well. You might never want to leave your oasis!

Head up to the second level to find more sleeping accommodations. How will the 6 beautifully decorated King En Suites be divided up amongst the group? Everyone has their own bathroom!

Finally, the third level is where you will probably spend the most time besides the pool area. Up here is the spacious living area, the modern, large kitchen with barstool seating, and a dining room area for the whole group. There is a half bath up here for convenience. Step out onto the amazing decks for tranquil ocean views. Do not miss an amazing Outer Banks sunrise or sunset. There are two more options for sleeping arrangements on this level: 2 more King En Suites.

Summer Salt is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
