Ubicado en la prestigiosa comunidad de South Beach, nuestro magnífico refugio para el hogar de 8 habitaciones y 9 1/2 baños es uno de lujosos muebles y meticulosa atención al detalle. ¡Nuestra casa cuenta con 8 Master Suites, espectaculares salas de estar y comedor, piscina privada y moderna sala de juegos (mesa de billar de 7 pies)! Situado en el borde de la Reserva Nacional de la Costa del Cabo de Hatteras, el último desarrollo en Salvo, South Beach es para inquilinos exigentes que desean lo mejor del sol, la arena y las olas. ¡Espectacular playa privada amplia al borde del parque natural con mucho espacio para tomar el sol y surfear! ¡Junto a 12 millas de la prístina costa del Parque Nacional!

Nuestra casa cuenta con vistas panorámicas del océano, el parque y el sonido desde nuestras áreas de estar. Muchas comodidades: cocina enorme con 2 placas de cocina (incluida la parrilla JennAir), 2 lavaplatos, 2 fregaderos, horno doble, área de preparación y cocina de la isla, y mostradores de granito y barra de desayuno (asientos 4). Amplio salón / comedor abierto con mucho espacio para relajarse. Mesa de comedor con capacidad para 10. Maravillosa vista panorámica desde nuestro acogedor rincón de desayuno con capacidad para 4 más. Sistemas de sonido envolvente por dentro y por fuera en los niveles superior y de la piscina.

Amplias habitaciones privadas, cada una con su propio baño privado, televisión y reproductores de DVD. 3er piso suite principal king con jacuzzi y ducha separada en el baño. 2do piso: 3 King Master Suites (1 con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha) y 2 Bunk Bed Bedroom Master Suite, área de lavandería. Primer piso: 1 King Master Suite y 2 Queen Master Suites, gran sala de juegos y bar y mesa de pub separada. Bar tiene 2 televisores para aquellos fanáticos del deporte. Televisión por cable en la sala de estar, bar y cada habitación. ¡El elevador hace que el almacenamiento de comestibles y el manejo de equipaje sea muy fácil!

¡Nuestra piscina privada de delfines se puede calentar por completo (cuando sea necesario) a un costo adicional mínimo! El área de la piscina también cuenta con una ducha exterior y baño privados y una ducha exterior adicional. ¡Envuelva las cubiertas en los tres pisos para disfrutar del sol y el aire del exterior! Dos áreas de picnic en la terraza exterior. Un montón de asientos al aire libre con hermosas vistas del océano y el sonido. Área de voleibol, baloncesto y herradura y parrilla exterior.

South Beach cuenta con una prístina y hermosa playa que está a pocos pasos de la casa (menos de 5 minutos). Hay acceso comunitario a la playa desde un paseo marítimo de uso general (aproximadamente 500 pies de largo sobre dunas privadas) hasta un increíblemente largo y ancho, y playa aislada. Único en su clase. Al lado del parque natural, ¡hay mucho espacio y privacidad! Estacionamiento disponible en el área del paseo marítimo.

Angelo and Bridget are awesome to deal with as owners. We have rented from them for many years. The house is always in great shape and has created a lifetime of memories for our family and my brother’s family. Their local caretaker of the property is always available and if anything goes wrong she responds to take care of it. We will be back again to create more great memories.

Great Property for Family Reunion Group

Annual family vaca

Two families (15) total loved our week at the beach. This is a perfect home: clean, well appointed, great pool deck, all in a quiet neighborhood steps from a beautiful beach. Bridget and Angelo are very responsive and their home is our favorite. We hope to return again.

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful house. The views of both the ocean and sound were awesome. A short walk to town and sound. The beach was close as well. Great place for our family to gather, eatz swim, and play pool. We would recommend this place to any group or family!

Fabulous Vacation at a Wonderful Home!

Our entire family enjoyed themselves immensely in this gorgeous home, at the beautiful OBX beach town of Salvo! What a wonderful place to make memories! We were taken care of from the minute we pulled up to the second we left. Can't wait to come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The layout of the house, the amenities, the location to the beach all enhanced our experience at this house. Loved size of bedrooms, attached bathrooms, and enough space for our group to find their own space when needed. Hopefully we can rent this place again in the future!

South Beach Park

The house and pool are beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of in door seating, and nice size bedrooms. The pool was clean with lots of areas to lounge by the pool. The place also had additional items for those with infants - pack-n-play, booster seats, etc.

What a beautiful home.

Great Home..it suited us very well plenty of room for everyone. Had so much fun cooking for a big crowd in a gorgeous kitchen. We felt very comfortable. The whole experience in renting went very somthly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place to vacation.

Cool weather the first week in June but the heated pool saved the day. Family had a great time. Cooking in the kitchen for a large group was easy with all the pots and pans. The house was very comfortable and made for a very relaxed week. Would definitely come back.

Always a wonderful time at South Beach! Our family gathering has stayed for 3 years in a row….best house ever in our 20 years coming! We used to jump around every year until we found our home with Angelo & Bridget. This house offers it all and you can just feel yourself sunk into your vacation on day 1. We will be looking forward to next year!

Fantastic space for family vacation

Every year our family takes a trip and Outer Banks has always been on our list. This home was amazing! The owners were incredibly responsive to questions, primarily pre-vacation as we asked nothing during the week. The amount of space and set-up of the rooms worked perfect for our group. We could not believe how well-stocked the house, especially kitchen was! Anything you could possibly need was provided. It was quite windy at the beach but our group loved the pool every day we were there. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!

Great House in great location

Nice property which just a short walk to the beach. House in is excellent shape compared to other houses we've stayed in OBX. Pool is wonderful and stays a great temp during the day/night. Pool guy came every day to check on Pool. Note for larger groups with kids: there is only one shared space inside, (outside of the pool table room). Great value for a very well kept house.

Couldn't be better

I've been to OBX 8 times and I've never stayed in a better house. We had 18 people and never felt cramped. The views from the decks are amazing and the deck chairs are top notch. The pool was bigger than I thought it would be and the pool area was perfect. Some of the people with us preferred it over the beach. The beach was just a short walk, but if you are going over the dunes, don't take anything heavy or without big wheels... Trust me. And the sound is just across the street with a nice boardwalk to get you there to see perfect sunsets. We will never stay anywhere else.

Amazing home in a beautiful location!

Just returned from an incredible week spent at South Beach Park! The house was incredible--plenty of room for our 16 family members. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for preparing the large family meals that make these kinds of vacations so special! The extensive decking and pool area were a hit with the kids and parents alike. An incredibly wide, clean, and quiet beach was only a short stroll over the dune. The supplied beach chairs and carts were a real lifesaver! Bridgett and Angelo are wonderful owner's who are easy to work with--they saved the day when our plans almost fell through last Fall. Thank you both for sharing your wonderful beach home with us--we can't wait to return! Chris G.

Great House

We had a blast. There were 4 families with 7 kids 6 years and under. The house was well stocked with all kitchen needs and the dual dishwashers/cooktops worked well for cooking dinner for 17 people every night. There were also multiple pack-n-plays in the closet that we weren’t aware of that came in handy. It is a short walk to the beach (over two dunes at the end of the street) and it is also a short walk to the sound side where a day use beach was great for the younger kids to get time in the water. The private pool was excellent and had plenty of room for kids to play and adults to lay around and “relax.” The location was great and is the last neighborhood before about 12 miles of nothing to the south so the beach was wide open.

Perfect Location - Perfect House

We stayed with extended family, and found the house, hosts, and location to be excellent all around. The house was clean and well furnished. The elevator made move in/out much easier, and allowed our elderly family to join us for vacation. Be aware that there are a few steps to enter the main level. Location was fabulous with both sound and ocean views. The walk over the dunes is a little tricky for the small or elderly. It is well worth the cost of a pass to drive on the beach. If you don't have a 4x4 you can still access those beach areas south of the house by foot/boardwalk. There's also a lovely sound side beach only a mile away that provided hours of entertainment for the little ones. (No waves and like a huge wading pool.) The pool at the house was clean and so much fun for everyone - even in the rain. For pet owners, there is a kennel a few miles away that provided a vacation spot for our grand-dog. He was able to join us on the beach for the afternoon and then return to the kennel when we went back to the house. I have already recommended this home to several of my friends. Anyone who books here will be glad they did!

Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family members coming from FL, MO, NC and NH. We had a wonderful, memory making week together! We loved that each bedroom (beds were comfy too!) had its own bathroom and then there was a community one upstairs near the kitchen. The stairs were a lot (as expected in the OBX! 😆) so having the elevator especially on move in/out day was essential. The pool was great and we loved that someone topped it off often with cooler water. The beach is a quick trip down the boardwalk and over the dunes. It is a lot of work though as the sand is hard to walk on (versus what we are used to here in NH!) and hot on the feet. I preferred the pool, while the "inland" folks from MO and NC liked the ocean. 😊 The house was remarkably clean for its size, but there were some areas that we noticed could use a little more attention (under the beds/corners had dust bunnies and the top floor master shower drain needed a scrub as well as the toilet seat/lid). Dishes and appliances were very clean. We LOVED the multiple dishwashers and refrigerators! The instructions sent out prior to arriving need updating though. There is not longer recycling and at checkout, the linens/towels go on the first floor near the door now. All in all, beautiful home for our vacation! Thank you for sharing it with us. ❤️
