Guests have access to the full home, except for the garage which is not available for guest use.
Access details are provided a few days before arrival once a quick ID and card verification is completed through our guest app. This is similar to hotel check-in and helps us maintain safety and peace of mind for all guests.

From Mandurah: A short 20-minute drive (18 km) via Pinjarra Road.
From Pinjarra: Only 10 minutes (10 km) via Pinjarra Road.

This is a waterfront home in a natural outdoor environment, so local wildlife and insects may occasionally be seen.

This property is in a peaceful residential area. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.

For safety and property protection, the exterior of the home may be monitored by security cameras and/or a noise monitoring device. There are no devices inside the home.

Well-behaved pets are welcome. A $150 per pet, per stay fee applies and can be arranged through our guest portal before arrival.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability. A cleaner fee of $50 per hour applies.

For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean is included. For extended stays beyond one month, a clean will be scheduled fortnightly.
