Below is our Seasonal Rental Rates for Sunset Beach House:

- May, June, September, October: $7,600 per month

- July, August: $18,750 per month

- November – April: $5,000 per month

- Memorial Day to Labor Day: $44,450 (full season rental)

Are you seeking a relaxation adventure or both? On the North Fork, we have the best of both worlds. When you're here, tranquility and adventure are at your finger. The home comes with beach chairs to use at your leisure and enjoy the breathtaking, picturesque views, a large outdoor deck for entertaining, a gas barbecue for grilling, a large sun-screened-in room/porch, large windows that supply a cooling sea breeze that reaches all of the rooms.



This home is a 2-bedroom beach house that sleeps 4 perfectly. There are 2 queen-sized beds.



When you book a getaway with us, you will have WIFI and TV. You are free to explore local destinations including the vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and nature reserves to explore.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.



If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.

- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.



Guest Insurance

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, and we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
