Arlo Beach House is a gorgeous 1950s modernised beach house with a large rear deck and huge backyard with firepit, perfect for barbecue evenings and relaxed lazy days. A bonus is a rear access gate to Koala Reserve hosting a wonderful nature walk and koala spotting! This stylish and stunning beach house has a games room downstairs (including table tennis and darts) and is located only one block back from dog friendly Somers beach, down the Promenade coastal access pathway.
Tastefully designed with original artworks and an inviting luxe modern interior, Arlo Beach House is complete with everything you need, whether you are staying for a few days or months, this stunning property accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 stylish bedrooms (the master with an ensuite bathroom). All adjoin a large open plan living space with stylish furnishings, hosting an electric fireplace and creating a warm ambience for all seasons.
A large and luxe modern kitchen and dining for 8 guests creates perfect entertaining. Large windows flood the rooms with natural light and rear and front balcony access allow the natural flow of sea breezes. Stay cool on warm days and warm in the cooler weather with the split system or electric fireplace.
Everything you need for a relaxing beachside holiday away from the busyness of life is within walking distance or a short drive. Access to the beach is via a short walk down the beach track opposite the driveway, and Somers General Store is only a short walk or 2-minute drive away. Only 700m away from Arlo Beach House is Somers Yacht Club in one direction and 1.5km to Coolart Historic Homestead, gardens and wetlands in the other direction. Balnarring Village hosting an IGA Supermarket and local restaurants and cafes is a short 10-minute drive away.
Arlo Beach House is dog friendly and welcomes small non-shedding dogs on application (pets must be accompanied by their own bed).
